I've been going to the Ridgeland Avenue location for about a year now. Never had a bad experience. Professional and easy to interact with. They are often very busy with numerous online and in house orders but still are very efficient and never get my order wrong. The closest thing to getting my order wrong thats happened was the store stock being temporarily out of a specific i gredient because they are so popular. And they always let me know, check I dont have allergies, and ask if I want a substitute ingredient. Since I dont have allergies I just say use whatever, and it always turns out delicious.
I’m unsure why this is happening. This is the second time I come in with over an hour to closing and the doors are locked. I see employees inside but they don’t acknowledge customers at door or window. Other than these two instances everything here has been amazing
