So they updated their app my card isn't saved now! no option for cash I tried to call in order nope. Tried to order from window nope said I needed to come in. I'm sorry but I have Infant twins I can't carry them and a smoothie. Not accommodating at all smh do better

Went it at 7:15pm and tired to order a smoothie bowl and the employee started “we closed the smoothie bowl station “ they close at 8pm. If you plan on ordering a bowl I guess you have to go a lot earlier . Will not come back to this location

The açaí bowls were fkn amaze balls!!! I absolutely loved it as it was so perfectly made. All the workers were so accommodating to my requests, such a lovely pm team. So clean and refreshing. Lemme say thxs to the youth! ???

I'm going to give them a 4 stars because we like the smoothies. The person who took our order was good took our order correctly and was friendly. But I did see that they have to make the smoothies a bit faster we had to wait more than 5 minutes and people started to pile up waiting for orders as well.. place was pretty clean as well I would come back though to this location.

I def recommend coming here to get an açaí bowl, they’re so refreshing and they have many different topping to choose from! The workers Jamila and Tyann were so friendly and were quick to take my order. Even with many customers, they were quick to make my açaí bowl. Overall they give you a pretty decent bowl size for the price!

I came to the store to pick up my acai bowl and when I left the store the lid was lose so it fell and half of it came out when I came back to the store and ask nicely to replace of what has fallen or give me a new one, they refuse to give us anything not even a discount. The manager was so rude and wouldn’t understand my side of the story. Considering the price they should have refunded me or made me a new one at least.

I ordered a lemon ginger smoothie off the app (I’ve order this smoothie a million times, I know what it tastes like lol) and my drink had pieces of yellow plastic blended into it ?? when I went back to ask if they could remake it they told me there was no manager on duty and that the plastic was just unblended carrot.Unfortunately I ate some of the plastic on my first sip so I did not appreciate this attempt at gaslighting me ? a bunch of teenagers with no manager or adult on duty, I would skip this location and go to another unless you want to eat plastic like I did ?
Stopped in to Smoothie King randomly this morning. This morning has started off HOT already and I needed a chilled drink so i thought a smoothie. The young lady Tyler working this morning was very helpful with suggesting the watermelon lemonade smoothie for me and the daily warrior for my boyfriend. Let me tell y’all the watermelon lemonade smoothie so fresh in flavor and good. It’s the good taste that makes you pop your tongue afterwards (Yaaaasssss) . I tasted my boyfriends daily warrior smoothie and if you like Reese cups the candy bar then you’ll love the blend of flavors in this smoothie. I think Tyler just made me a Smoothie Queen!!!

This place is unprofessional I came in for a interview they told me the manager wasn’t there and told me to write my name down on a piece of paper with my name number and they told me the manager was going to call me the same day. NO CALL. It was also a young girl in there not doing her job not being friendly. It’s been a month and a half and I still haven’t gotten a single call back I don’t recommend this place.

Just wanted to take a second to give John the biggest shot out. I work every Thursday and he always makes my smoothie to perfection. I am unsure if when I tip whoever the cashier is gets some of the tip or not. But I'm personally trying to tip him ? keep doing what you're done bro
