I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I ordered an iced coffee, but I received it without ice. The order was incorrect and not what I asked for, and the taste was extremely bad.

I contacted the store to report the issue, but the employee was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable. The quality of the drink was poor, and the customer service was even worse.

They take forever to get your order. But it must be really difficult when you work at the drive-thru to say Good morning, hi, how are you? The lack of manners is so disappointing. Maybe some of the employees should get paid in training on manner. Don’t get me wrong. They do have some super nice employees that are fantastic over there so I get two those to them. But this morning, the little short girl with the dark hair very very Disappointing.

I have multiple Starbucks closer to me, however the morning staff at this location are the most friendly bunch! Not only are they a great group but they ALWAYS get my order perfect. I will continue to go out of my way to go here for my Cafe Misto from this location.

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I wanted to share my experience while trying to purchase the new bear cup this morning. My friend and I arrived at the store around 4 a.m. and were the first customers in line, hoping to get the cup. Several other customers arrived after us and lined up behind.

When it was time for the store to open, the employees decided to unlock a different set of doors from the ones we had been waiting by. Because of that, the customers who arrived later were able to rush in first, while those of us who had been waiting the longest were the last to enter. This was very unfair and disappointing.

To make matters worse, when we finally got inside, we found out the store only had one cup available. It would have been considerate and transparent for staff to inform customers ahead of time, rather than allowing people to wait with the expectation that there would be more stock. When someone asked about the limited quantity, one of the employees responded with attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Many of us who were there can confirm this, and I encourage you to review the store’s security cameras — everything was clearly captured. The entire situation was handled poorly and showed a lack of organization, fairness, and courtesy toward customers.

I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future product releases are managed in a more transparent and organized manner.

Legitimately my favorite Starbucks in the whole world. Quick and efficient, but what sets them apart are the employees. They're just next level, have a great camaraderie with one another and their customers. It starts my morning commute off right.

Asked for cup of water for my child and they refused to provide me any water without paying. I showed them a copy and receipt for a Starbucks drink I purchased from a different location that same day, they said that does not count as a purchase.

It is basic human courtesy to provide a customer with water especially if it’s for a kid and especially if they are providing you with proof of purchase at one of your organizations locations that same day.

I advise everyone else to go to the other local coffee shops in the area because they will give you a cup of water for free if your thirsty
