Paying to enter the washroom!!!
I have been drinking coffee in this location very often . A few days ago I stopped by at this location to grab a coffee and I went outside on their parking lot to my pick up truck to enjoy coffee while I could work online. After a while I wanted to use the washroom , so I went back to the building to ask for the code to open the washroom. The service lady even knowing me as a regular customer , refused to give me the code and to use the bathroom. She claimed that I had left the building quite a while ago and can not use bathroom. I explained to her that I was in the parking lot in my pick up , so I was still on the Starbucks property, and I just simply wanted to use the toilet. I was refused for the second time. Irritated, or even totally surprised, I bought a small coffee just so I could eventually use the toilet.
Such behavior is unacceptable it is below any service standards . It's just ridiculous. Soon we will have to pay to use the bathroom .

Came into study and was asked to leave because I didn't buy anything. First time ever coming to a starbucks or any coffee shop and was asked to leave because I didn't buy anything. I could have bought something when I was ready but to assume I wasn't gonna buy something thats terrible customer service. No wonder other places in the area are opening up with better service.

Stopped drinking starbucks before covid and just started coming back as a weekly treat. The service is always amazing and my drinks are always good. There was even times where drinks were offered free.

Parking: Located at 103rd and Harlem Ave is the place to get your fix for that early coffee indulgence, pretty much anytime and your set...
I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and honestly it looked like cold coffee and half and half not good at all not happy at all the first time I tried was like two weeks ago at the location on Pulaski rd & Lawrence Ave that one was really nice creamy and delicious . Probably the staff were more worried about closing out it’s just my opinion but customer service this days are hard to get everywhere
