i grew up in this mall and i really trust all the food here but omg when i got my nacho fries from taco bell they look so nasty. it was so unprofessional there was grease all over the place and it was put in a kfc bag like bro what. i don’t even wanna even think abt how dirty it is in the back. like 6 dollars for this ew, and to top it off half the fries were dry and burnt. it literally looked like they grabbed the box out the trash and put fries in it.

Asked for the spicy food to be put on the side of the burrito because I can’t eat it and they put it on it anyway. The girl up front was rude. Generally it’s a ok experience but this time around wasn’t what it should have been. Hoping the company does better in the future.

I asked for hot stuff on side because my wife doesn't eat hot stuff on the grilled cheese burrito and they put it on there anyway and then when i asked for them to give me a free cup of cheese because the crunch wrap didn't have any on it when i asked for extra she gave me an attitude and said we don't do that here.

Ordered a Mexican pizza. It had a dark sauce all over the top. Never seen it made like this. I had one 2 days ago in hazelcrest. I asked if they used the normal sauce they guy said yea. He wouldn't remake it or refund my money. My daughter loves these but she wouldn't eat this one. It looked different. He gave me a taco instead. So I paid 6 bucks for 1 taco. I'll never go here again.

Customer service here was horrible. Went in to get three Chalupa‘s beef got home and they were chicken. Had to drive back 20 minutes and when I got there, I talked to the manager Luis and I asked if there was any accommodations that could be made for my time he said no that’s just not something that they do and I said which was unfair because I had to drive 20 minutes back to his location. He then proceeded to say what do you want the whole safe. Also had The audacity to say that it was my fault. Waited for my order for them to still get it wrong. Good thing I checked before I left again. The food prepares angrily, tossed the second wrong order to the trash Emily, the cashier was also very rude and disrespectful she looked at me like if I was a peasant, and I was there to bother her

Customer service sucks. And don't order anything online and think you're going to pick it up there. I guess the little furry guy is the owner and he chooses what rewards or deals to honor. All the other food places are packed always and they are not ever. Now I see why. Stay away from this and you won't have an experience like my first ever at Taco Bell. Truly a face the franchise doesn't want. A very bad look.
