Can't even get through to call about my order been hearing a lot of bad things about this location one of the rumors but it's not a rumor is they just randomly canceled my order

Customer service here was horrible. Went in to get three Chalupa‘s beef got home and they were chicken. Had to drive back 20 minutes and when I got there, I talked to the manager Luis and I asked if there was any accommodations that could be made for my time he said no that’s just not something that they do and I said which was unfair because I had to drive 20 minutes back to his location. He then proceeded to say what do you want the whole safe. Also had The audacity to say that it was my fault. Waited for my order for them to still get it wrong. Good thing I checked before I left again. The food prepares angrily, tossed the second wrong order to the trash
Emily, the cashier was also very rude and disrespectful she looked at me like if I was a peasant, and I was there to bother her

Customer service sucks. And don't order anything online and think you're going to pick it up there. I guess the little furry guy is the owner and he chooses what rewards or deals to honor. All the other food places are packed always and they are not ever. Now I see why. Stay away from this and you won't have an experience like my first ever at Taco Bell. Truly a face the franchise doesn't want. A very bad look.

Wish I can Give it a Negative review. They serve food that has mold in it. Had to return my order and they refused to return all of my money back, because it was partially eaten. Will never buy from them again!!! Buyer beware if you want to eat mold!
