I recently visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed. The manager’s attitude was disgusting and rude, showing no accountability for the issues that arose. The food was also subpar dry and lacking flavor. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this place

manger is so rude most of the time she is not there when they are understaffed i have seen her scrape the bad part off the food and service it right back and i have found hair n bones in my food and the manger doesn’t do anything about and just told me how it’s normal and she overprices everything

Rebecca the manager takes no accountability for lack of support to her staff or proper scheduling. Hours advertise 11am. Its 11:15am and Im being told they won't have every item ready until 11:30. Its a shame one cook is trying to cook all the food at once to try to open and one person the front. This is a shame and I will be reporting them to chicago ridge mall staff. Please be patient if you see them understaffed. Its no fault of the workers fault.

Amyways...I remember coming here when I was a teenager. (About 20 years ago) and the bourbon chicken is still as great as i remember. I hope Tokyo Express stays strong for another 20 years ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

Great value for the price. Great taste. If you see anyone complaining about getting sick, it is because the portions are so huge that they can feed 2 people, and they tried to eat it all by themselves.

this was the best food of my entire life. i’m literally craving it the rest of the day but i already finished my food. please open more location so i can doordash this i will literally give this place my entire money. this is my new favorite restaurant i love you guys. the orange chicken was THE BEST i’ve ever had please please please make it not a mall only location. thank you and love you guys ❤️

UPDATED REVIEW: Haven’t came here for a year and came here tonight got the same exact thing we got before. Now we both are extremely sick. Vomiting, everything. Don’t come here it’s definitely not the same as it used to be. Idk if it’s not clean or what it is specifically but somethings wrong with this place. ????I absolutely loveeee the food here. I’ve been coming here for many many years now and it’s always so good. My girlfriend and I both got the combo plates. ( Mongolian beef, bourbon chicken, and chow mein. Bourbon chicken, orange chicken, and chow mein. And of course a side of crab rangoons! ) I don’t go as often as I used due to the attitude we receive from the young workers here. They don’t make you feel welcomed or comfortable ordering their at all. Other than the unnecessary attitude from them all the time the food is good!
