Dangerous side walk leading to entry, small messy looking for Dairy Queen standards, unfriendly servers, who do not listen and answer questions as if they don't know their product line nor care if you walk out without buying. This franchise should be reported to the Dairy Queen Corp office. A small town franchise does not have tto be small minded!

I ordered a hotdog with ketchup and it took 15 minutes and then they said did you order a chili dog?I said no I got a hotdog then they closed the window. 2 minutes later they gave me the bag and I got to my house and I opened it and it was a chili dog. I am mad they didn't get my order right 😫🥱😤ðŸ˜

Our Chillicothe Dairy Queen deserves a 100% rating! The ice cream is always great and workers care. Plus it's super convenient not having to drive into Peoria. It's worth noting they don't have a full grill menu but the items they serve are delicious.

Brought my new rescue pup for a "puppy cup" of ice cream after our walk. I had a medium milkshake. We both said "yum!".

Good .They don't have rewards here .It's a big thing when you can buy and get a free cone or half price something . All the other Dairy queens in Peoria have rewards Why not Chillicothe?
