Every time I come Hardee's I never have a bad experience. The people are so friendly and go above and beyond for us. The food is always hot. The restaurant is always clean. They don't only treat me as a guest, but like someone they have known for a long time. I felt like family coming there. I will be back!!!

So I had an amazing visit at your Chillicothe store McKenna gave me a fast very pleasant experience she helped with food recommendations and. I had the most delicious grilled cheese bacon burger it was absolutely amazing and those turnovers are fantastic i will definitely be eating here regularly I was so clean I felt like could eat right off the floor

The GM has such a positive attitude! Her crew is doing an outstanding job at the Chillicothe Hardee's! I always go in there food is fresh. I love the chicken tenders. Always served with a smile! I'm a doordashing worker and come into Hardee's my wife works there! She and all the staff always make sure the food is made fresh! Andrew always make the food super quick and makes sure the food is out fast. Very good crew over there at Chillicothe Hardee's! No complaints here.

If i could give Chillicothe Illinois a zero stars i would I was having a conversation in my car with someone else the employee thought was talking about them i saod no im not talking about you ty and he saod you can have yourself a good night refused to serve me after assuming I was talking about them which was another matter within my family I will be calling corporate and never ever will I go to that location again or ever dash there. I came in early Wed morning as i originally stopped going to your establishment on my wed trip to Peoria every week because the service was rude ther was a a blond girl that didn't care well anyway back to this trip I had the most delightful experience not being rude here but the gay guy with the pigtails was extremely friendly and careing he had a worm smile he actually brought out food to our table he asked if we had everything we needed the food was absolutely fantastic he even held the door for us on our way out I will definitely be coming back on my weds mornings I just thought you should know you have a really outstanding employee
