Pretty slow every time I've been through the drive through in the evening.
Definitely need to tighten up I've been waiting for 10 minutes at least now.
They are getting better at getting the food out quicker.
I appreciate it because it's just about the only place to eat in Chillicothe.

I wanted to say thank you to Eli and Kaylin for serving me last night when I came in. You guys did an amazing Job. The service was top tier! You guys made sure that my food was cooked fresh and just the way I like. This was the best Hardee’s experience I ever had. Even while the food was cooking both of you were very nice talking with me asking me how was my day and letting me know about you guys. The Restaurant was very clean and nice to dine in. Thanks to both of you guys and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Sadly it seems to be a trend with all QSR's that customer service isn't important anymore. In our small town the only place worth bothering with anymore is Taco Bell. McDs here is pure garbage. Hardees had been ok in terms of food quality but the customer service is hit or miss between non-existent and rude. I stopped letting the kids have the occasional McDs and now they can't have Hardees either. Oh well probably better off never eating QSR food anyhow so no big loss.

They have really stepped up their game. Good is fresh and hot and so good every time we go. McKenna is such a good good worker! She needs to be recognized!
Can't give 0 stars so here is 1. Waiting for 10 minutes just to order then pulled forward even though there is no one behind us. They are more worried about there drive through times than customers. Been waiting 20 minutes for food now. This is ridiculous please do not come here.

Decided to go to Hardee's tonight for a quick dinner. Went through drive through where I was Greeted with a nice voice.(someone with no attitude and sounded like they enjoyed their job and were happy to be there). Pulled up to the window where I was greeted so nicely and with a smile. He had asked me to pull forward because he was throwing in fresh food for me. ( I did not mind the less than 5 min wait ) I could tell the food was fresh when I got it and it was so good. THANK YOU PAUL FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND GOING THE EXTRA STEP !!! If I could just give Paul a 100000/ 10 I would!! Hardee's finally has a decent employee!
