⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a rough start during our visit to Hardee’s in Chillicothe, but I have to say the way it was handled made all the difference. After bringing our concerns to the attention of the general manager, Jodi she went above and beyond to make things right. She was super sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. Her professionalism and warm attitude completely turned things around for us. Thanks to her, we’ll be back.

Went there for lunch. Had to wait 10 minutes which is ok if I'm getting fresh food the only thing that was fresh was the fries the roast beef was lukewarm at best and the double cheeseburger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt not to mention the patties were dry and overcooked very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Smallest chicken tenders I have ever had! My index finger is bigger than the tenders, and bottom of the barrel 'curly' fries. Very disappointed for the price!

I have came here 3 times the first time it fast the man who took my order was kind the second time it was a lady with black witch hair who said she was a manager she was rushing me through my order she sounded like she had an attitude I waited 15 minutes on my food and when I did get my sandwich it had way to much mayo on it to where each bite I took the mayo was coming out the sides of the sandwich definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here they are slow and rude food is sloppy

I've been coming to Hardee's a bit more regularly this year. We have food allergies and years ago the order always seemed to be wrong. Since giving it another shot it has been correct each time. The employees have also been very kind and regardless of weather conditions, they will move the line up and deliver your order to your car to give guests fast service. They are always smiling and positive. Keep up the good work! 👍
