My food was great I was a little bit upset that I couldn't get the pulled pork Frisco but James recommended chicken and it was great fresh and juicy my curly fries were hot James and Andre where both very helpful the lights over my table would have been great with out the big lights on but hay it's all good

I came through the drive through around 4:30p.m Saturday. I ordered a a #1 no pickles no cheese a medium unsweetened ice tea my food was hot . Everything seemed fresh i was asked to pull forward but I had my food in less them a minute ms.Martin brought my food out to me and presented it to me in a very friendly and polite manner like she was proud of the food she was handling me . I Asked if I could use the restroom . I was told absolutely. On the way in she held the door for me . Everything looked clean and inviting i do not live nearby but I do come through often. And I will definitely be stopping in again .on my way out the door ma . Martin came over held the door for me to exit and exclaimed have a wonderful day sir with a big smile that felt authentic I felt very welcomed in your establishment

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a rough start during our visit to Hardee’s in Chillicothe, but I have to say the way it was handled made all the difference. After bringing our concerns to the attention of the general manager, Jodi she went above and beyond to make things right. She was super sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. Her professionalism and warm attitude completely turned things around for us. Thanks to her, we’ll be back.

Went there for lunch. Had to wait 10 minutes which is ok if I'm getting fresh food the only thing that was fresh was the fries the roast beef was lukewarm at best and the double cheeseburger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt not to mention the patties were dry and overcooked very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️
Smallest chicken tenders I have ever had! My index finger is bigger than the tenders, and bottom of the barrel 'curly' fries. Very disappointed for the price!

I have came here 3 times the first time it fast the man who took my order was kind the second time it was a lady with black witch hair who said she was a manager she was rushing me through my order she sounded like she had an attitude I waited 15 minutes on my food and when I did get my sandwich it had way to much mayo on it to where each bite I took the mayo was coming out the sides of the sandwich definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here they are slow and rude food is sloppy
