I have an extremely hard time at this McDonald’s getting decent chicken nuggets. I came in tonight at about 10:40 PM. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget. When I got to the window, I checked my order and I asked the employee how long ago the Nuggets were made because they felt pretty cold and rubbery. He stated they were just made. I drove away and then tried one. They are old. I then pulled back through and asked for a new set to be put down because they were old. I waited...read full review
So I went in to order breakfast and got ignored. 3 employees even had time to carry on a conversation near the drive thru. If I saw all three of them they should have been aware of me.
I left and decided to call the store to let them know. No answer. Well to their credit if they are in the habit of ignoring customers, it's in their best interest not to answer their phone either. Been to plenty of McDonald's and this by far is the lower if not the lowest end one.
I pulled out my quarter pounder and the ketchup was on top of the burger. The cheese burgers had nothing but meat and cheese..
