Get a bite there once or twice a week. Almost never have issues with order accuracy like I hear from others. Most workers are pleasant, the few who havenât been could be explained by stress as some times (not often) things seem to go off rails a bit. Yesterday, I was at the pick up window for 10 minutes and 3 different people came to the window asking which order Iâm waiting on. Again, very rare. Inside is usually clean and newer seating.
For a fast food chain outside of a wealthy area, thatâs about all you can expect.

The kiosk told me to take a tent number for the table and that it would be delivered to our table. It was not. So I m waiting with 3 kids in the dirty play area. I get up and go check, the food is cold and the slushies melting. Your service is bad, cleanliness not the greatest. For what I paid it should be better.

I strongly advise checking your order before you drive away. They have messed up several orders that I have placed there and the McMuffins have been burned sandwiches have came without added things I have asked on them. I am usually in a hurry in the morning and haven't checked my bag and have regretted it.

Waited 30 mins jn the drive thru for a mobile order and got the wrong thing. There were orders piled up at the window. Absolutely sick of this location, it genuinely seems like there's nobody working in there.
After I got off of work I came to this McDonaldâs to get some food. The woman that was putting in my kiosk order I believe her name was Mia was very nice and welcoming. I was trying to use my rewards and use a 20% off coupon like every kiosk gives and she didnât know what to do and that is fine. She then called for a manager to assist her and the manager was rude towards me and acted like she didnât care for what I was saying and didnât want to try to help me.

Place was filthy food all over on tables floors stains all over by soda machine with ants all over food was terrible and the manager was just like oh were busy but we were literally only one there in store or drive through and to top it off soda was warm and had no ice place need new management for sure

Our Big Breakfast was cold and the eggs had been sitting around quite a while. We took them back. The store mgr was obviously NOT on top of her job overseeing all aspects. Even her appearance wasnât professional; wrinkled shirt; no makeup; unkept hair.

Just left here with my family. Last time we were there 4 months ago, it was terrible so we gave it a chance today and I'm pretty sure we all have food poisoning. Nothing is made fresh, everything was made probably hours and sit under a warmer. There's standing water in the play area, the main bathrooms weren't open, possible water contamination, and they are still open. Somehow the Peoria stores are much better than this location. We will never eat McDonald's again. The health department needs to pay a visit.
