Just left here with my family. Last time we were there 4 months ago, it was terrible so we gave it a chance today and I'm pretty sure we all have food poisoning. Nothing is made fresh, everything was made probably hours and sit under a warmer. There's standing water in the play area, the main bathrooms weren't open, possible water contamination, and they are still open. Somehow the Peoria stores are much better than this location. We will never eat McDonald's again. The health department needs to pay a visit.

Run by a bunch of young people who don't care anything about the Customer. Manager watching /participating. Paid almost 20 bucks for cold food after I had to get someone's attention. Thankfully I don't live here I'm just passing through.

Haven't been to this McDonald's in a while because it was so bad. Stopped in today and it's gotten mu ch worse. Sandwich has stale bun. Fries are cold and stale. Coffee was old and reheated. Had to ask twice for cream. Lesson learned. Never coming back!

Went to this McDonald's for breakfast it was 5:30 in the morning. Was ordering my food at the drive thru and the girl that was taking my order paused and told me the grills weren't working all they were serving was hashbrowns. This is the most poor and very unorganized McDonald's I've ever been to. I will never go back. They hire kids that don't know what they are doing. Pretty sad what they get paid and don't want to work. They should shut down if they can't serve food.

Clean but stingy with condiments. No salt on fries and barely a fart of ketchup and mustard on my quarter pounder. When I asked for salt and Ketchup I got 1 packet of each.

My burger was bloody and wasn’t cook all the way through, said they have no fries, no Receipt, no pies, rude workers.. workers didn’t knowledge me for 30+ mins..
Don't go to this place. Guy working the drive through was wearing an American flag diaper on his face with matching American flag glasses.
Since he had a mask on I asked him if he was sick or something ?
He said that he is sick all the time.
I'm not sure if he meant mentally or physically sick but, either way I won't be going back.

Worst prepped meals I have ever seen. They just slap the condiments on your orders without caring how it looks. Doesn’t do any good to complain to the Chillicothe staff or message the corporate office. No response on multiple complaints. Decided best thing to do is no longer give them my business. Go to Grecians and get a better prepped meal for less money. Lot better ingredients and better quality food.

This location consistently messes up orders, doesn’t completely fill the fry cups/soda cups, and the service is horrible. 30+ minute wait for curbside pick up because they serve those in the drive thru first even if their orders were placed after yours or no one wants to take the order out. I don’t believe this is a reflection of the young kids that work this location but poor management
