Vegetarian options: They have vegan cheese and vegan sausage. Not sure what brand of cheese they use, but it's not very good, and I honestly couldn't even taste the vegan sausage. Both very underwhelming, and I say that as a vegan who is grateful for any options I can find like this.

On 10/6, I patronized Molly's for the first time bc they honor veganism. I bought a vegan pizza for takeout. It was the best vegan pizza I've ever tasted! It was awesome!!

Some of the better pizza I have had in central Illinois. They are generally fast and the prices are reasonable. You kind of get this look from the bartender when you walk in to pick up. Kind of like maybe you came in with a band of bank robbers or something. But. It's charming. The place itself is small, but, very pub/pizzeria so, that works. The chairs are metal patio chairs and that's iffy. But, again. It works.

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday and found the place slammed by the after-church crowd. Nonetheless the manager got us (2) in at the bar and rushed our simple pie and drink order ahead of the table of 14. Had the 8”classic and iced tea. The pizza was delicious. More than plenty of toppings and tasty. Hand tossed crust had a little crunch to the bottom and a nice chewy edge.
