I have never had any issues with Pizza Hut. Door Dash, that delivers for them, is janky. But, I love me some Pizza Hut. Delivery is always quick. Food is always hot. Never had an incorrect or poorly topped Pizza. Staff is wonderful! Thanks guys!!

Orderd a Big New Yorker.. with lite sauce.. it can with no sauce and almost 0 cheese.. i have ordered this before and am very disappointed. Also the Tavern style pizza almost no toppings and again hardly any cheese... not good.. its like the cooks were in a hurry and not paying attention to quality

I used to order pizza here all the time but everything has changed. How do I know for sure, I had worked for pizza hut company store there 20yrs ago. The pizza usually half overcooked on 1 side the other side is done correctly. You hv to ask for extra pizza sauce or there is none it gets cooked into the crust. Ingredients about same but they are now chincy with them. Delivery fee is $5. But they don't say that they add that to to ur pizza order like it was the pizza. I always tip delivery driver $50. And the pizza is usually so tossed its half smashed,w 2 different driver this has happened. Hiding the $5 fee is just pizza hut pocketing that money, what a ripoff. So now we're giving up on Pizza Hut(which used to be my favorite). Now we go to Casey's in Chillicothe, way better. Sorry pizza Hut. Best wishes.

When I went into this building, first thing the door was open. As we all know, bugs are out right now and as a pizza place this is very alarming. When I went to place my order of wings, this very rude ginger worker rolled his eyes at me. When I gave him my money, he took it with a loud sigh and threw my change into my hand. He was incredibly rude to me and did not make me feel welcome.

False advertising! Manager won’t do nothing! So I received a message through my app that I earned a free one topping large pizza. When I tried to place my order, the order would not go through and said something went wrong, I tried to replace the order several times, and it would not do anything! I called the manager Ashley and she literally told me there’s nothing she can do. She don’t have anything to do with the app and I would have to contact the number she gave me! The offer has now is expired absolutely ridiculous ! I told her I’m sure the manager could do something, since we’ve been buying pizzas there for 18 years she told me she was the manager and there’s nothing she’s going to do at all! Upper management needs to take care of this issue because we are good customers and basically we did not get our free pizza very disappointing!

We ordered a bunch food and had it picked up around 5pm. And it was all ready to go and the staff was really nice :) and when we got home it was delicious. Highly recommend stuffed crust pizza :)

Pretty irritated this place never has a driver I always have to go and pick it up if I wanted to pick it up I would have marked it for pick up. Went to the store after the 4th time being refused delivery only to be told they also refuse delivery if you don't leave a tip well I give cash tips because they get charged for credit card tips and I feel as if I have a right to this and if my order is late and cold I shouldn't have to give a tip. This store needs help or reconstructed because they never have people for anything My recent visit was not the best when I ordered the backyard bbq and paid 25.00 only to receive it and it was like eating a dry pizza with no sauce. I called to have it fixed and was told they would give me a 15.00 credit I still had to pay 9.90 to have a pizza I already paid for fixed. Yes the toppings was correct but there was no sauce ugh not happy

Everytime we order food from here we're got with bogus pizza (filled with bubbles & burnt or undercooked cheese) that's sitting in the warmer for a few minutes while the rest of our order gets done. They also always forget something in our order like another pasta or any sauces/icing that I paid extra for. Sick of it. Going to Casey's or North Peoria for Domino's
