Haley makes it such a fun environment for my kids. Always making us so welcome. Also never forgets my meals. She has really tried to make Chillicothe come back from the place it use to be! Very thankful for subways in Chillicothe from another small local business!

Young girl needs training. Didn't really want to be bothered and asked us what was on rotisserie chicken salad because she didn't know. My daughter had to look up ingredients. Unbelievable

The food was very good. I’m glad to have a good subway In our small little town of Chillicothe. The only thing I’d like to see change is maybe management go in and help these young kids learn the menu properly.

Came in today and had a great experience.Our food was good and great customer service. Haley was very nice. I noticed they have a program accepting donation for those in the community that may be in need of food. The manager also has another program for the holidays. This makes me want to eat at an establishment that is providing for those within the community. Happy to see something like that and I will be back. Give her a raise!

Correct sandwiches but epic fail for a sandwich that says it's toasted and it wasn't. Guess when I want subway I will get it in peoria from now on.

Ordered Pick-up, Sandwich was well made and delicious, just grabbed my sandwich and left, employees were helpful too, since it was close to closing m, I’m surprised they weren’t trying to close up for the day.

Complete garbage. Old bread, some sort of mushed chicken. I work in the food industry and food of this caliber would never cut it. Can't imagine there is a manager that would be ok with this. I wouldn't be all that shocked to ride by this place and find it shut down.

I went through the drive through two people employees there I waited 5 minutes and no one came to the window to wait on me.. One person was doing nothing but standing around talking while the other was waiting on one customer. After waiting nearly 10 minutes another customer walked up the the counter and the employee that was doing nothing walked over to that customer and waited on them. Both employees and seen I was waiting at the drive through window. I will never go back to this Subway ever again they have consistently poor service at this location.
