I placed an order on the app and this is now my 3rd problem with my sandwich first I get there after placing my order on the app 15-20 minutes before. The only lady working somehow “just got” my order as I walked in then while I waited for my order she got done with both sandwiches and I got home. Only to find out I asked for extras which I got none of those items I asked for extras and my other sandwich was missing ranch and had added bell peppers when we don’t eat them.
Sunday August 25th, the man who was working by himself during lunch did a phenomenal job. He never got overwhelmed by how busy it was. And he had patience with the three kids I brought. To show them the different bread/sizes. And taking their order. The kids had never been to subway before, so I was trying to help them order. By the end I just got out of the way and let them tell your employee. Again he did an awesome job and I just wanted to recognize that.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up and after paying they told me they couldn’t make half the food in our order because they had no toaster but still offer food that has to be toasted. Made me wait 10 minutes for them to call the boss to okay a refund for food I paid for and they couldn’t make, then still didn’t make my other sandwiches they could make that I said was okay with not being toasted. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Server was nice but they said toaster wasn't working, so sandwich was cold. No Lids for cups, no napkins avaiable, said there was no Mayo & have been out for a while. Daughter asked for 6" & they made & charged for a foot long.
Terrible! Don't bother with a mobile order, they'll just ignore it. Bread was burnt/ over baked. Staff didn't care one bit about what they were doing. Do this town a favor, vote with your wallets, and let this restaurant fail!

I did an online order a couple of days ago, which I placed around 11:00 a.m. and asked to have it ready at Noon. I went to pick it up at Noon and they told me they were too busy and I needed to get in line and then they could start making it. When it was finally my turn, they didn't have any red onions or black olives and they didn't have any replacements in back. When I went to get my drinks, all of the drinks were flat and there was no soda water in the machine.
From talking to a couple of the other frustrated customers in line, this Subway is notorious for this I guess and now I know to never use this one. It was pretty clear they don't care.

This subway has gone down hill. The last few months service is always slow and the food is inconsistent.. Not sure what is going on but everything about this location has become subpar.

This subway in particular has literally started making a 180 since Monday. Food is way better, the service is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is extraordinary. I literally stopped going to this subway until I heard there was new management and I had to see for myself and it shocked me. I've gone every day this week at least once a day just to visit and get my sub off choice.Y'all should revisit and change your review for the better because subway is back at it again♥️♥️♥️

HORRIBLE service & HORRIBLE food. After waiting 40 minutes in-store for my online order that stated my food was ready, my pizza was made completely wrong and was ice cold. Probably doesn’t help that they have completely new staff every other week and that’s probably why no one knows how to make anything. I’ll never waste my money here again.

Ordered online. App wouldn't work for curbside. Went inside to get order and had to wait half an hour. Once I got home, I realized they had purposely skimped on meat. I got a cold cut but it only had one of the three meats on it (bologna) and only one thin slice of it per side of the sub. Absolutely terrible experience.

Stood in line for 10 minutes while 2 people worked on 1 persons order. Then asked for flatbread and he said what’s flatbread and had to ask someone else and then to say they never thawed it out.

Unfortunately since the owners don't hire any locals, a few months after reopening, the subs have become really skimpy lately and not very friendly. Also they, are cutting Corners everywhere they can like watering down the marinara sauce for meatballs and barely giving you any toppings. Also I am questioning the quality of meats, some of it doesn't look so fresh like it should. If you ask for extra toppings they refuse. Their little kid gets the run of the store behind the counter. Another horrible thing is the communication barrier that you can't understand them and vice versa.
