Much better operation now than before. It’s wonderful now that new management has worked so hard to bring it back up to the standards we come to expect.
I always get the best of service when I go hard workers!
Complete garbage. Old bread, some sort of mushed chicken. I work in the food industry and food of this caliber would never cut it. Can't imagine there is a manager that would be ok with this. I wouldn't be all that shocked to ride by this place and find it shut down.
I went through the drive through two people employees there I waited 5 minutes and no one came to the window to wait on me.. One person was doing nothing but standing around talking while the other was waiting on one customer. After waiting nearly 10 minutes another customer walked up the the counter and the employee that was doing nothing walked over to that customer and waited on them. Both employees and seen I was waiting at the drive through window. I will never go back to this Subway ever again they have consistently poor service at this location.
If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered online said ready for pick up at 5:50. Husband went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready, they never told him until 6 that they just started it. Husband didn’t want his sandwich toasted and it was. Ordered a soda that we didn’t get or get credit back for. We will NEVER be going there again. Oh yea almost forgot the guys said he would give us A cookie for the inconvenience but we didn’t even get that.
Used the app too order a couple sandwiches one of them being a flat bread with no option to toast with me knowing this sandwich must be toasted didnt think anything of it. I get all the way home and its not toasted .

Very clean, good service and tasty ingredients
I placed an order on the app and this is now my 3rd problem with my sandwich first I get there after placing my order on the app 15-20 minutes before. The only lady working somehow “just got” my order as I walked in then while I waited for my order she got done with both sandwiches and I got home. Only to find out I asked for extras which I got none of those items I asked for extras and my other sandwich was missing ranch and had added bell peppers when we don’t eat them.
Sunday August 25th, the man who was working by himself during lunch did a phenomenal job. He never got overwhelmed by how busy it was. And he had patience with the three kids I brought. To show them the different bread/sizes. And taking their order. The kids had never been to subway before, so I was trying to help them order. By the end I just got out of the way and let them tell your employee. Again he did an awesome job and I just wanted to recognize that.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up and after paying they told me they couldn’t make half the food in our order because they had no toaster but still offer food that has to be toasted. Made me wait 10 minutes for them to call the boss to okay a refund for food I paid for and they couldn’t make, then still didn’t make my other sandwiches they could make that I said was okay with not being toasted. Don’t waste your time or money going here.

Server was nice but they said toaster wasn't working, so sandwich was cold. No Lids for cups, no napkins avaiable, said there was no Mayo & have been out for a while. Daughter asked for 6" & they made & charged for a foot long.
Terrible! Don't bother with a mobile order, they'll just ignore it. Bread was burnt/ over baked. Staff didn't care one bit about what they were doing. Do this town a favor, vote with your wallets, and let this restaurant fail!

I did an online order a couple of days ago, which I placed around 11:00 a.m. and asked to have it ready at Noon. I went to pick it up at Noon and they told me they were too busy and I needed to get in line and then they could start making it. When it was finally my turn, they didn't have any red onions or black olives and they didn't have any replacements in back. When I went to get my drinks, all of the drinks were flat and there was no soda water in the machine.
From talking to a couple of the other frustrated customers in line, this Subway is notorious for this I guess and now I know to never use this one. It was pretty clear they don't care.
