Pulled up to go in with my daughter and a guy was sitting on the sidewalk by the door. He was all strung out on something. Asked me to buy him food. He said Hardee's kicked him out and McDonald's gives him onions. I told him to go back to McDonald's then. Ended up going through the drive thru with my daughter cause she didn't like what was going on. The druggies asked another guy as he was going in and he told him no. We told the girl in the drive thru and she knew about the druggie. She laughed about it. I said well this is a great way to run customers off when you don't address the problem. She just shrugged and laughed about it. Might wanna have a sit down meeting with your employees and teach them how to handle customers concerns instead of laughing at the issue being presented. If you don't care, we don't care to eat here.

Those kids got my name wrong, forgot cinnamon twists, then I woke up at 5am throwing up. 2 star atmosphere for the old guy in the back corner minding his own business eating, he got a full star from me. Me and taco bell are done

Always a great quick meal! The crispy cantina chicken tacos are the bomb!
Had to turn around to get food that wasn’t in bag, paid .50c each for two sour creams that had not even a spoon full of sour cream. Quesadillas weren’t cut. And we found out after getting home that we still didn’t have all our food we were missing a quesadilla and a soft taco. But it was too late they closed at 12 and we had just got home at 11:50 at noticed when it was too late. Normally everything is great so I’m super disappointed.

Hello everyone. I was recently in Takabel, it was very dirty, dirty, everywhere in the toilet in the dining room, all the baseboards. Dirty, your feet stick to it, disgusting, how can you eat here? Why are people silent?
