Absolutely terrible, takes forever to get your food and orders are always messed up

DO NOT GO HERE! The food was absolutely terrible. I got a 4 peice strip basket , they gave me barely any fries which were cold and tasted horrible. The chicken was ok but it was only 2 strips and two tiny pieces not even strips. And don’t get me started on the ranch I love DQ ranch and they gave me a small amount of it and it didn’t taste right it was like watered down. I wanted a coke but they were out so I got a sprite instead and it wasn’t even sprite it tasted like carbonated water. The worker at the window was rude and she had an additude with me for no reason and I went through the drive through around 7pm and there were only two cars and it took abt 28 minutes. The food was horrible. The workers are lazy and don’t know how to do there job. I went here before a couple of times and it was horrible too I’m never going to this DQ again. This Christopher Dairy Queen used to be good a couple years ago now it’s definitely the worst DQ in southern Illinois. They need to train these workers better!

Chili dog was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. They didnt even give us napkins.

When I choose to go there, I go through the drive-thru. More than a handful of times I have been told that there is no chocolate ice cream. I don't know why the most basic ice cream is hard to keep in stock at an ice cream store. The kids in there are doing the best they can with what little they have. They are ALWAYS apologetic! I think it's a great team but whoever is in charge of stock of the restaurant, needs to be refreshed on what they actually need in stock!

The workers need to learn how to talk to people without the attitude! I understand that they could be having a bad day, but there’s no excuse for the way they talk to people when they have a job to do. I was trying to order my food and the lady was super rude to me to the point that I didn’t even want to order anymore, so I just ended up driving off. Happens everytime I go, i’ll drive to Benton next time for sure!

Decent food mainly the queso cheese and fries but the service is so rude and depressing I have a girl yell at me through the drive-thru after I ask a simple question about what I order and I am so disgusted and disappointed with the service so done with this place honestly need a fresh one!!

Lobby soda machine was down. Men’s bathroom was out of order. Out of several items including Dr. Pepper and some of the candy needed for blizzards. My free DQ sundae was written on a tiny piece of notebook paper rather than a proper coupon. Some of my food also slid off the tray as they were bringing it to my table. Which is when i witnessed the employee pick it up with her bare hands and proceed to take it back into the kitchen. Rather than toss it in the trash can. Which leads me to believe those chicken tenders have been served to someone else.

Haven't been inside much but if there's more than one person in the drive through be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for your order. Food is always fresh and hot so the wait is kinda worth jt

Burgers where cold cheese not melted whatever happened to the cheese being stuck on the wrapper? Horrible burger.

Love the chicken fingers and ice cream.

Very busy not faulting them for that at all. They did mess up our order and made an attempt to fix it but still not the greatest job of doing it.
