New owners are very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful, and food & ice cream have been amazing since they have owned it. Shout out to Becky, Avonah, Amiah, Addi, Tyler, and Cannan and the rest of all the staff for being amazing!

The food at this Dairy Queen was good and came out how it should. The service from the staff was also good overall. However, the experience was really hurt by the manager’s behavior. He was yelling at the girl working the drive-thru, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. No employee deserves to be treated like that in front of customers. Food was solid, but management seriously needs to do better.

We went thru the drive thru and it was hard to hear on the speaker but the young lady working the window was so polite and speedy service.

New owner and new workers don’t know what they’re doing! Food is fresh as it should be but the new workers, specifically Tyler, keep messing up my orders. With the old owner, Brent, it wasn’t like this. I don’t like DQ here anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE! The food was absolutely terrible. I got a 4 peice strip basket , they gave me barely any fries which were cold and tasted horrible. The chicken was ok but it was only 2 strips and two tiny pieces not even strips. And don’t get me started on the ranch I love DQ ranch and they gave me a small amount of it and it didn’t taste right it was like watered down. I wanted a coke but they were out so I got a sprite instead and it wasn’t even sprite it tasted like carbonated water. The worker at the window was rude and she had an additude with me for no reason and I went through the drive through around 7pm and there were only two cars and it took abt 28 minutes. The food was horrible. The workers are lazy and don’t know how to do there job. I went here before a couple of times and it was horrible too I’m never going to this DQ again. This Christopher Dairy Queen used to be good a couple years ago now it’s definitely the worst DQ in southern Illinois. They need to train these workers better!

Chili dog was cold, and the cheese wasn't even melted. They didnt even give us napkins.
