Ordered over $100 worth of food for my co workers. Got notified at 11:58 that my order was ready. Drove 15 minutes there. When I got there my order wasn’t even made. Cashier said it would be 15min. Waited an additional 30 min (not even exaggerating because I still need to get to work) cashier gave no updates. When I asked again about my order cashier was either irritated or embarrassed. And decided to give a nasty attitude and ignored me. Then said I can just get a refund….. order was made at 11:30 and cancelled right before 1:00pm. Manager was in the back having a meeting during the rush. Customers coming in and out. My call in order just got pushed to back or misplaced. All good. things happen. I’ve worked in fast food before. it be like that. No need to be rude or not remedy the situation. At my old job we were taught to make things right with the customers. With better training and organization practices these things could be less bothersome. I’m not mad that my food wasn’t ready. The situation was handled poorly and I could have been 15 late instead of a hour late for work.

Went to get a beef and first off I called it in waited 15 minute and still had to wait a extra 10 minutes the guy who order inside I got my food with his for there beefs are not the same anymore I don’t know different cooks owner or what the meat is super big idk the beef was horrible the meat didn’t really have seasons I don’t know if they was rushing or what

Have a big piece of hair cooed inside my beef and it’s so very dry pick it up cause I knew I had to travel so far for work get to my job open the beef and seating on top of the beef is hair

Ffffff this place man almost 30 dollars for a beef and cheese fry. I only stopped there cause the beef looked good in the pictures when I got home the beef looked nothing like the picture cheese was barely melted I d9nt live close asked for peppers on the side and the gave nothing. For 30 dollars you can get a steak dinner at most restaurants smfh!!!!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!
I'm totally disappointed I ordered the wing dinner new year eve and received a beef .I feel robbed and when I called to let you guys know y'all was closed and didn't open up on new year day 😕

Albanos has been my go to spot since I first found them in the 90’s. They changed the meat on the italian beef and it was not good. I couldn’t believe how nasty it tasted. This restaurant hasn’t been the same since the murder of Mr Albano RIP , This used to be a family owned restaurant, not anymore

I ordered a baked mostacholli with meatballs for some reason it was like closets 40 dollars. Most likely because I ordered mushrooms and a side of meatballs. The pasta was bad ass but they d it did not deliver my meatballs and when I called back they ignored me and put me voicemail
