I wish i can say something about the food after my 3rd attempt at different times in the week to taste their food has been a failure the close at 5pm yet their menu and google states they close at 8 or 9pm, if this location is only a breakfast brunch maybe it should state the hours on their window, ended going to Lupita for 5pm dinner

The first time we went there, the chicken was pretty good. The second time, the chicken was dry and without any flavor. The third time, the chicken was dry, without flavor and extra burnt, and super greasy. 100% this chicken was not made using “carbon”. You can tell it was a chicken from yesterday also. I will not be going a 4th time.Edit: we simply could not finish the leftovers, so it became food for our dogs.

This place has really good chicken. It is very well seasoned and has an amazing flavor. Very affordable. The tamales and the champorrado are also very delicious and perfect to keep you warm in the cold weather.

This place honestly deserves no stars, Some of the workers are alright. the owner is horrible i watched her stand there and not help a worker after spilling caldo all over herself! I was served burnt tamales!! zero stars!!!!

They are way understaffed and the owner is a cheapskate! They keep reusing the same salsa for weeks!!!! the owner sticks her fingers in food with no gloves! they use the same dirty smelly rags for everything its honestly disgusting. Somebody needs to call the health inspector on them.

Very unprofessional service. We placed an order over the phone and we were told that it was going to take 10 minutes.we allowed additional time when we got there we were told another 20 and that was over waiting 15 minutes. If the waitress had told us that it was going to about an hour we would had understood it but our lunch was wasted and end up with no lunch?

My husband order food for my whole family my husband spend $90 and they gave us nasty food. All they said sorry and they wanted me to go back when it was far. They should least give me a refund. I would have them a zero stars. Never going back to this restaurant.

Love this place!! Food was great overall but the Guacamole and Mushroom Quedadilla was absolutely delicious ? specially because it was hand made tortilla ? I like the service too and waitress was really nice and amicable, thanks ? I’m definitely coming back and recommend to all my friends.
The chicken takes a while to be done, so be prepared to wait upwards of 20 minutes, but it's worth it. It's flavorful and not dry like other places that make pollo asado. The quesadillas were also quite good.

I’m a regular customer, I love the food although it takes time to get done. But the new waitress gives a lot of attitude, she’s slow and she’s never given me good service. She gets my orders wrong even when I call in for pick up and she gives me attitude when I correct her. The food is good but the service is terrible

Horrible customer service! The cashier/waitress on September 05, 2020 at 4:00pm was very RUDE!!! She has a big attitude and was very unwelcoming!She had said that the food would take 20 minutes, and after 15 minutes we asked for our food.She replied with an attitude and said it will take another 15 minutes. We asked why?! She of course replied again with an attitude and got smart with her response. Not returning again!
