My family and have purchased from bombon for years and for the past two years the cakes haven't been as flavorful. The cakes have been dry and not as good, and same goes for customer service. The guy who charged me had an attitude which didn't understand why, but regardless of the customer service this last time the cake was very delicious. I was genuinely surprised in a good way. The cake was moist and very delicious and hopefully they keep baking their cakes the same way because it was very good.

I recently ordered two cakes from this bakery. I was really disappointed at how dry the cakes were. VERY disappointing. I was going to call the store to put a complaint in but first decided to review the comments and WOW I wished I had read them ahead of time and realized that their quality has tremendously declined. I would not order again/do not recommend ordering from here unless you want a very very dry cake. Additionally, there is a very unpleasant smell as you walk in the store. It does not smell like a bakery at all.
