I felt like i was in the twilight zone! Wednesday at 1:15 pm Drive thru was wrapped around the lot so i decided to go inside. When i got inside i realized why it was so backed up, they were under staffed and it seemed like someone was a new hire ( training) . After about a 10 minute wait, I was finally asked what i would like to order. I ordered a whopper junior meal . She handed me my cup so I can fill it and the fountain machine. They were out of EVERY soda except coke zero. I thought fine whatever. After I filled my soda she hands me my order. I walked back to my car to eat. Open my bag French fries are cold not room temperature COLD. I feel my burger it is also cold. I usually don't do this but i went back inside to let them know. She takes the bag from me tells the person in back that I said it was cold (in Spanish) The cook takes the fries and puts them back into the deep fryer and microwaves my burger!! At this point I AM DONE!! NEVER AGAIN so much for fast food in a hurry. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

I come here often after a night out as I work nights and I'm a night owl. ✨Evidalia always has a positive attitude and awesome customer service at 4am! She's so sweet and always gets my order right ❤️ I love seeing her when I get my lil treats of the night. Makes the end of my long night better. I usually get stares bc of how I dress so I feel comfortable going to this location as well :) . Posting as I eat.

Well... There were people from Central America who were very despotic and it is not to discriminate, they had the restaurant very dirty, the bathrooms worse, the complaint was made in customer service and they sent plain clothes and it improved too much, currently there is a Filipino girl who fails them a little when ordering he offers you cookies for a price several times, but that is not a problem as it was at the beginning with the other people

I went too eat at Burger King. It taste good. I ate a Hamburger fries and a coke. A grilled Cheese Hamburger. The only thing I forgot too ask for cheese on my whopper. I asked her, for cheese on my whopper. I said sorry my fault I forgot too ask you, for cheese on my whopper. But the lady told me, that's ok if you want cheese on your Whopper, I will give it too you. She said it will be 80 cents more for the cheese. I said that's ok. So so she charge for the cheese, and I paid with my Debit Card and it went through, and she added the cheese. I also had an Ice Cream serve, Ice Cream. Love it.
Kid-friendliness: There was a toddler eating there. They had a High Chair, for the baby Toddler, too eat with her Family. Love it.

The dark haired Hispanic speaking lady that gave us our food (I think she was the drive thru employee too- we passed by 1127 am on Oct 19) was so friendly! I was surprised and delighted. I'm going to come back here for the service vs another burger king whenever I can.

the girl with the red hair is extremely rude . Aside the fact she told me she gave me hashbrowns combined with my fries for my order she told me to wait for the fries and then later comes to the window to ask me what I was waiting for when she clearly had said to WAIT FOR THE FRIES. She could have worded things differently and politely.
