Best BK ive ever been to. Consistently the best whopper i ever had and they staff is polite, fast and courteous. Anytime I pass this one I gotta stop.

I ordered through the app but unfortunately routed to a different location. I tried canceling and the online robot said 48 hours and someone may reach out. I was upset because I was on lunch. When I got to this location, I explained what happened and they made my order super quick and honored the price. The young lady at the window on headset was amazing too, her attitude was so helpful.

I order a double cheeseburger plain with just cheese and the 2 for 5 bacon croissant. As soon as I get home no cheeseburger I call them to let them know they say otherwise that the burger was put in the bag did not like the attitude
The cashier had a attitude like she was mad for being indecisive and about me asking her questions like have you tried the jalapeno poppers before and did you like them.

They always grill what they want, the bread is always cold, the employees never serve orders, they never put tomato sauce on any order, and the employees talk so ordinary that it seems like they are talking to the people in their gangs.

Was having troubles with uber and anytime i call the restaurants to check what happened usually they have terrible attitudes. But not this burger king, itzel was very kind and understanding over the phone about this uber order, i was genuinely shocked how good the attitudes and spirits where for a burger king, thank you!
