The first red flag is that there is no itemized receipt. They just give you the total already calculated. There’s no way to see how much each pizza was or the taxes. Then they charge a cash adjustment fee which I understand but the problem is I was overcharged. I tried to explain it several times to the cashier but she wasn’t getting it and I didn’t want my pizza to be cold so I let it go. If it was the other way around I bet they wouldn’t have let it slide. Anywho the pizza itself was decent just expect to be overcharged.

Service was good but the price is too much. Me and my family went to get pizza we all ate it and made us very sick for a few days. Made me throw up 1 hour after eating it really was making my stmouch hurt and my family was also saying it made there stmouch hurt really bad to. Come here if you want I’m not stopping no one but they need to step up there food and not make us sick.🤕🤢

Today August 5th 2025 i had sent my boyfriend to get my food and I order the hotdog special when he got home my food was burnt and not only that for some reason the fries were soggy like if they were sitting for a little bit

Honestly, getting overcharge for a pizza combo and the worker took forever to get off the phone when she wasn’t really taking orders.. Isn’t the first time and isn’t the same as it used to be. lazy workers

excellent food/service, lack of air conditioning, especially with outside temperatures in high 90s, uncomfortable hot dining experience. Other customers shared similar concerns about working conditions for the teenagers. Due to extreme heat, we and others have decided to stop buying Chely's until AIR CONDITIONING is installed, especially since other restaurants on 35th Street have it.

We got a burger with fries & a medium pizza and everything was excellent. Fries were crispy , pizza was nice and hot and delicious & the burger was good. Definitely will be back considering we live a couple blocks away! Yum 10/10

I come here often, food is really good for the price. Quick meals take less than 10 minutes and are satisfying. I get my order wrong rarely but either way I still eat some food so I don’t care, y'all entitled people love hating on simple human mistakes. Not everything is always perfect.

You guys really need to change your people in the front, rude little girls, get mad when you tell them how the food is and thinking it’s funny until someone really put them in their place. Slices are big and under cook, wings are soggy. It was better when the owner was alive but it went down hill after the owner pass! Real Disappointed smh. Do better.
