Bad customer service. Have a coupon which they didnât want to accept. Claimed it was only monday-Thursday but didnât specify it on the flyer. Guy then hung up on me.

Ordered slices specifically told the guy taking the order 4 pepperoni & 1 sausage slice right. BUT SINCE HE WAS LISTENING TO IDK WHAT AND DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO US. BECAUSE THE FACE HE MADE WHEN WE WALKED IN. As in tired of work or something. So he didn't pack my order correct. Then when we told him to give the $5 deal slice with soda. And we tell him again it was 4 & 1. He tells us that I was the one not paying attention and we needed to be on the same page. Once he gets the order right he says ok now we're on the same page. Smh. Not really great customer service at all. Need to focus on the customer and not what he is watching or listening to. I'd rather just stick to the chelys on 35th.

This place use to be good when it came to service. The past two times Iâve ordered through uber eats the store has been charging me extra after I place the order. This time I got a large pepperoni pizza which was $14.95 and they charged me $5 more because it was a large and $3.50 because it had pepperoni. That was fine. Then afterwards when I placed the order they charged me $6.34 for âspecial requestsâ. They did this last time when I ordered too even though I didnât place or ask for any special requests. I understand times are tough with inflation but if they need to higher the prices they should do so through the menu and not putting them in as special requests after placing the order. If I were you go elsewhere where they wonât charge you extra for no reason. đ€·đ»ââïž

Will never come back sign in window says $3 slices and in the menu cans are $1.40 I got 3 slices and 4 cans and Al the rude guy at the register tells me $17 Iâm like how he said Iâm giving you the special $5 slice and pop Iâm like a slice is $3 and a ca. is $1.40 and he continues arguing with me and over charges me they do not even warm you pizza or any my advice go somewhere else donât get ripped off here

The don't deliver to certain areas ?? Bad service I only live 15 minutes away and they are scared or something they deliver pizza they don't want my money I guess I'll stick to Domino's Pizza

I had to work the day before Christmas Eve but at least my motherâs Christmas present was delivered. I stopped inside of Chelyâs and bought a slice of pizza after work on the way to my car, but I accidentally forgot my momâs present on the counter. I figured out my mistake the same night when I went to go wrap the present, but Chelyâs had already closed for the night. Chelyâs, like most businesses, was closed for Christmas Eve and Christmas - Fine.
But I call Chelyâs when they open at 11:00am the day after Christmas and the employee that answers the phone tells me he doesnât speak English well when I start asking about the box/present I forgot there the day before Christmas.
So I go into Chelyâs and the manager working the register says that an employee found my motherâs present, but moved it from the counter to an open table because âthey didnât know what the box wasâ and they donât know happened to it.
Donât patron this place - it employs a bunch of dishonest crooks.

"Chely's Pizza offers great service with fast delivery and friendly staff. The person who took my order over the phone was very polite and professional, which made the ordering process a pleasant experience. The delivery was quick, arriving sooner than expected, which was impressive.
However, the pizza itself didnât meet my expectations. I ordered a half cheese, half sausage pizza, and while the ingredients were fresh, the overall flavor was lacking. The dough was far too chewy, which made it difficult to enjoy, and both the cheese and sausage were underwhelming in terms of taste. It seemed like the pizza could benefit from more seasoning or a better balance of flavors.

Phone service was exceptional. The pizza arrived right away and hot. And it was so delicious. The sauce was really good, they add alot of cheese which was good cheese too. Look forward to my next order
