INSANE. I placed an order of six slices. On 11/15/23 at 3:30pm the pizza arrived at 4:40pm. All the slices arrived in a pizza box. Super cold! I called to make a complain to either get my money back or get a new order of slices. A nice girl answered the phone and I explained my complain. She passed the phone to a Mexican who couldn't speak English. And never in my life have I got disrespected by anyone in a Service industry. The Mexican guy told me if I had an issue to simply not order from there anymore. He also told me at the pizza was old setting for a while. Also said to order something else next time. Before he hung up I asked to speak to the manager and he said don't worry I'll tell him and then clicked. Never ordering from here again. And I can't believe the way the man who spoke with me. No education or a sense of costumer service.

AWFUL customer service! The food can taste good for all I care but if the service is awful that makes anyone less likely to go. Just placed an order on the phone and the girl greets me with “Chely’s.” She talks to me like if I was her friend not in a friendly way but more in a “she’s too comfortable” type of manner. It’s my very first time ordering from here and even my husband agreed that she had no patience what so ever. Who says “k bye” to a customer? The employees at Pizza Hut in the hood have given me better service.

I order from the other location plenty of times the delivery driver knows me by heart lolbut I tried this 2nd location and I feel like a 5 year old cut my pizza last night I'll stick with the 1st location

Placed an order for a $7 meatball sub and a $2 can of Coke and mozzarella sticks for 8 bucks so in total that comes out to about $17 they're about four blocks from my house and he had the nerve to try to charge me $35 and then when you cancel the order they call you back and harass you to keep the order until you block them

I’d give them a five because I love their pizza. It’s my go to pizza I like to order from but, if you’re going to order online, fair warning… they sometimes do not check if they received an online order. I placed my order and got an estimated time. That time passed and was drawing close to an hour when I got a call from them asking me if I placed an online order and if payed with card, then told me in 45min will be ready… not the first time it has happened. Overall great place.
