I come here all the time but I’ll be going to a different location since it’s been now 3 times that my drink has a fly in it which is disgusting and doesn’t make sense how workers don’t notice it I understand being busy but it’s just unsanitary and having to drive back to get my drink made again because they don’t want to do refunds is annoying but most importantly a waste of time, they also have poor management so just check your drinks before leaving to save your time.

This used to be a good service Dunkin. The last few visits were not acceptable when it came to my orders in the last few months. I ordered a medium matcha with no ice and the cup was only half full. That could have told me they needed to add some ice. Another time I asked for oat milk and they gave me whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant! Then I ordered another matcha with easy ice and they gave me lots of ice. From now on I’ll make the trip to another Dunkin.

Check the takeaway order, they don't give you what you ordered and they make the sandwich with burnt bread. And the one who hides behind the coffee talking bad words when you go to complain but doesn't show her face, don't laugh because we won't see each other again soon.
