By far the best Italian place for breakfast,lunch and dinner !! The atmosphere here is the best from the cashiers to whoever serves you your food ! Ann Marie was the sweetest I came when I was 8 months pregnant and ate everything!! From a meatball sandwich to the chicken limón to everything else my husband ordered off the menu !! Ann Marie made me feel the best straight out of the hospital this day!! She gave me a good long list of baby names that I will appreciate forever !! I cannot wait until my baby boy gets a taste of this place !!! If I can rate this 10 stars I would ! ❤️

This place is a gem! They make very tasty pizza . I ordered a large pepperoni thick crust pizza. It was delicious! The outside eating space is nicely organized and decorated. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for great food!
Parking: You have drive around and look for street parking near the place.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are steps to climb in order to enter inside. The space inside is also too narrow and crowded for someone in a wheelchair to move around

I would not recommend Freddie’s pizza to anyone. The pizza is pretty good but the customer service is horrible. I was informed today by the manager, Vanessa, that I could buy a pizza and pick it up bit Freddies could not and would not deliver to me anymore. It was because I complained a few times when my pizza was messed up and my fries were old, cold and not fresh at all. I have been ordering pizza from Freddies for way over five to six years and the management team thought this is how they should treat me. I have gotten other family members and friends to buy pizza from Freddies. I don’t know who they think has $30 to $35 to spend on pizza or anything else and it is not good. So I should be penalized for my right to complain when I spend my hard earn money? I’m not done with this situation either but I wanted everyone to be aware of their business practices. They should take their personal feelings out of the situation and think about how they would feel if someone said to them, “We can’t deliver to you anymore but you can come and pick your order up.” What kind of foolishness is this when you have a delivery service that’s part of your business. I hope the owners or someone in a jogger level of management sees this because she said that it was coming from “Upper Management “ also. I would love to talk with someone from upper management because I believe this is just one or two young ladies that really don’t understand business or customer service at. She should go to school and take some classes in business and customer service because I was taught when a customer complains that that is the perfect time to say, “Thank you.” I am very unhappy and I will tell all of my family and friends to stop doing business with Freddie’s Pizza on 31st and Inion in the Bridgeport community.

This is the most Honest Review, I am happy to have a place near my house where EVERYTHING is excellent, my son loves ice cream, arancinis are Divine in FINAL a piece of Italy in Berwyn, stop, order and enjoy
