I heard a lot about this place through out the years! I have tried to stop in but for 1 reason or another it was closed so let’s dive into this review. Incredible Fantastic Phenomenal Amazing Spectacular Food! Freddy’s is the Famiglia on Holidays and your Nona’s and Zia’s all cooking pumping out hot fresh delicious food from all the Kitchens (typically 2 in most Italian households 1 upstairs and 1 in bashement) lol 😂 Freddy’s is like I went back to 1990’s St.Calistus St.Joseph’s table. Ordered an arancini and sandwich to eat there, asked for Parmesan cheese on the arancini and the guy told me NO we only sell Parmesan by the pound. WTAF! The food is good and I have been there several times but it will be a long time, if ever, that I go back

We have been going to Freddy’s for years. It is a truly wonderful experience, like a step back in time, but with great up to date Italian food. Best lasagna in Chicago, tasty chicken-limon, Marsala, parmasean, Try unusual items like the timbollo. Gelato—superb. Cash only/no credit cards. Dine in or in warm weather in the outdoor patio. No alcohol. Great place to take the whole family. We often order half pans of lasagna for our guests who invariably love it.

The custome service is fantastic. Everyone so helpful and kind. You can call your order in and they will bring it to your car. I cannot say enough about the staff. Old fashion caring.

By far the best Italian place for breakfast,lunch and dinner !! The atmosphere here is the best from the cashiers to whoever serves you your food ! Ann Marie was the sweetest I came when I was 8 months pregnant and ate everything!! From a meatball sandwich to the chicken limón to everything else my husband ordered off the menu !! Ann Marie made me feel the best straight out of the hospital this day!! She gave me a good long list of baby names that I will appreciate forever !! I cannot wait until my baby boy gets a taste of this place !!! If I can rate this 10 stars I would ! ❤️
