I went here a couple times, they are always extremely busy i understand i liked my BBQ wings and fried pickles now the buffalo wings were hardly spicy but they were alright the employees are friendly and make you feel welcomed :) the buffalo wings could be better though overall 9.5/10 for this place

If you come here for a food order pickup, Be prepared for the cashier to flip the card machine to ask u for a tip on your overpriced order
I have ordered online twice from Hoots in Cicero when I get there to pick up my order they don't have my order but my credit card was ran. How does that happen. I place my ordered in person, Hoots runs my credit card again. I have to dispute one of the charges with my bank.
