Honestly super good. I love the wings and sauce here, the waffle fries were surprisingly good (comparable to Chick-fil-A’s). But this basket was such an awful decision. Why would you give a basket with holes drenched in sauce? The sauce spilled over the entire tray. Why would you not use a box, styrofoam, literally anything that can catch the sauce? Anyways, the staff was really nice about it, and it was delicious, but man… terrible design choice…

Very bad customer service. Eight employees standing around doing nothing. I stood in front of the register for 10 minutes. Not one employee asked could they help me. Was not acknowledged AT ALL. Refused to take phone orders but yet when I arrived the nine employees were standing there in separate groups small talking to one another. After 10 minutes of just standing there I took my business elsewhere.

Ordered for the first time on 4/15 because it was a fast delivery to my house since I live nearby and was very disappointed by the quality. My order had a few mistakes and generally the food was terrible. The lemon pepper boneless wings were more like tiny popcorn chicken pieces and were terribly over seasoned to the point that they were inedible. Who enjoys this food? I would never order from this place again.

There's better.. waffles fries were great and the ranch sauce. But that's it. Habanero BBQ tasted like just regular BBQ. The medium were just fried, no sauce. The Thai Chili too sweet.

I came to have a quick bite and play the slots. 1st my food I ordered came out wrong! When I got the correct food my fries was cold, my shrimps was falling apart, my fries again was cold with a lot of salt/seasoning on them where my blood pressure can rise. The manager took back the food that was incorrect after it was left at our table, unsanitary especially with covid. They had napkins and we had to ask for wet wipes cause that's all they had. Way to start the new year off with poor customer service

I along with a coworker arrived to Hoots At approximately 9:48pm. The doors were locked and we were not allowed entrance to be served. I'm not a new customer and I've seen customers allowed entrance at 10pm and were able to place orders. This inconvenience caused me to miss out on the buy 10 get 10 free special.
