Came to eat a 2x2x2 and why are they rationing around the plates eggs are not well seasoned and pancakes come half cooked
We also asked the Waitress to bring us ketchup and she said to tell the other waitresses even tho she was standing around
Also didnt get any syrus aside of the old fashioned
Rather go to dennys after this or other ihops They have bigger portions and bigger plated ihop is not worth the money.
Also (ihop owner) i don’t want your “im sorry for the experience “ because sadly this ihop is not it, specially with the employees please do better im a restaurant owner myself and i have never seen a bad service till i came here

we had to wait 20-25 minutes to even get seated, we also waited approximately almost a full hour to even get our orders taken. food was rushed. only one waitress during night time shifts, the hostess not in uniform, people walking around the establishment randomly that aren’t getting food, it’s very cold in there the HEAT WASNT ON THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. the kitchen is backed up & it was the worst service overall for a 24 hour IHOP, get it together 😂

Food was good however are orders kept getting messed up. We ordered a smiley face pancake and got cupcake pancakes, we also ordered buttermilk pancakes and got chocolate instead. The food was great though.

I hate complaining, I will say the waitress was very respectful. But our food was cold it was not to be cooked enough to be hot. I feel that the cooks didn’t take enough time to prepare our food right in it being hot. Won’t come back

What a shame they are letting this place die. Especially at night. The waiter seemed drugged and forgot everything we ordered. And it was the only table that was open. They need to put a heavy hand now!!!
