Las Michoacanas Ice Cream Shop

I've been in many different Michoanas before and this one's prizes are ridiculous, i just wanted 2 ice creams on a cup (the $8 valued one) and they ended up charging me for the $10 one. $23 dollars for 2 cups of ice cream is a Scam.

I went in for a few desserts. I added up the math according to the prices displayed. When I got cashed out the staffed over charged me. I got 3 mangolladas (M).
1 single spoon ice cream,( $3.99.)and a very tiny ice cream($1.99)Displaying . However. I ended up getting charged $43. Don’t go there. Terrible service.

If i could leave zero stars i would because from the jump the lady working there had the nastiest attitude and kept sighing and my boyfriend said she saw her roll her eyes when i told her to give me a minute because i wasn’t sure of what else i wanted. Mind u there was no one else in the place but us. But on top of that the yogurt i got was so watery and flavorless. And for the toppings she barely put any and i was only able to choose one, any other place I’ve gone to lets me choose up to three toppings for no additional charge. I just stopped by because i was in the area never again lol

They always have really mushy strawberries and don’t ever care to have fresher fruit in certain categories and I’m kinda getting tired of it because I’ve been starting to get sick from it .

Absolutely terrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. I came in for a simple ice cream scoop and a torta and somehow that was too much for the staff to handle. The employees were completely disorganized, and acted like serving a sandwich was a massive inconvenience, saying that they couldn’t turn on the grill to make the tortas. It’s not the only time they have refused to make a tortas for me, there have been other times they refused because they just simply don’t want to make them and go through the struggle of making them or cleaning up the grill after use. I waited nearly 20 minutes for what turned out to be a sad excuse for why they couldn’t turn on the grill. Meanwhile, the staff stood around and doing nothing ignoring customers, when she could’ve used that time to turn on the grill and make the sandwiches. This place is a joke. Dirty counters, sticky floors, and customer service so bad it felt like a prank. Never again.

I’ve had the opportunity to see this establishment grow in our area and flourish in a positive manner for the community. Don’t believe what people say till you really stop in for yourself, as these are hard working individuals that show up every day to put a smile on our families faces. Each individual that comes into the store is treated with the utmost care and respect and your order is handled with so much love that I can never find a reason to go elsewhere but here for my sweet cravings.

As for the employees, they tend to any craving you might desire but at times they do get busy but are always reassuring once they are able to get to you, they make sure you are taken care of. I’ve only seen the employees use proper prepping and cleaning procedures when someone is working in the kitchen and with my previous food experience can say I’ve never had one bad ick after leaving the store.

Hope to see this establishment continue to grow within our community in the foreseeable future as I plan to continue supporting and enjoying the delicious options they offer with all of my friends and family.

I went there with my cousins and they were nice from the start and just all around a good atmosphere. I highly recommend going and trying everything especially the aqua fresca's!! :)

Be careful in this place I ordered some corn they gave me cold and very expensive everything here is much more expensive than in others and the quality is not good!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in and the door almost tripped me because of how fast it closed which actually ended up tripping a girl. When we were ordering, a big fat juicy cockroach was all over the glass window that separates the food from the customers. When we were watching them make out food they were picking at the food and had half their finger in the cup when they were putting the whip cream on. If they were wearing gloves I wouldn’t have a problem with it, but they were NOT wearing gloves.

If i could give this place 0 starts I would. I’ve been coming here for a year and always have this one super nice lady that always does my order right. However the one time I come there is 2 ladies that have no ideas what there doing. When i went to order a torta and a soup prepared she looked at me like she didn’t even know what it was. and clearly having an attitude about the way I asked for it. They are rude and have a disgusting attitude. I genuinely don’t recommend coming here at all. If your going to work in a field like this at least know what your doing instead of acting like a disrespectful person. 0/10

Bueno, lo único que creo que se cambiaría sería el personal que está en la michoacana 5420 w Fullerton porque en verdad que no le gusta trabajar porque a tienden de un mal pero muy mal genio a la clientela e ido como 5 veces y la señora y una muchacha que están atendiendo siempre andan de mal genio 🧞‍♀️ por favor traten de mejorar esto, de lo de más esta excelente gracias y buena suerte.
