He handed me the wrong order and made me complete pickup on delivery app, then I realized he handed me the wrong order. I spent half hour just to be able to cancel it on app. There is no one at the restaurant, the guy at the desk just doesn’t wanna work. Ridiculous.

I went around 2 pm there was only one girl working and she had a line she lost like 4 family’s just because she was being distracted from the guy that works in the back asking her and she was going to go smoke when she was talking my order how do you guys only hired one person she look high or something but do better

Went here on a Sunday around 3pm Tables were dirty and no one was behind the counter. I ordered 2 tortas which are priced at 5.25 on the screen. They charged me 17 and some change before. Didn’t give me a receipt. So when I asked why it was so much, they said that those weren’t the prices. Don’t trust this place. If you’re looking for a Michoacana treat go to the one West on Cermak from this location.

I found a roach in my dorilocos . So gross and when I try to call to complain they never answer their phone!!! You Need to clean your establishment. How did this get by!!! That is insane! That means there's 100s if not thousands of roaches crawling around the food. Buyer beware!!!
Edited 5/23/25 this is in fact the correct location! I ordered from Uber eats and have receipts and emails to prove it. I used a black fork bc I used my forks that I have at work!!! If you want me to screenshot my ubereats receipts I can. I ordered from you guys yesterday . My total was 20.83 and it was 7:20pm. Check your Uber pick up receipts!!!! I am disgusted that I encountered this saying that just because its not your fork its not from your establishment.

On their menu it says they have salchipaps so I order them and the lady working said no they don’t have that. I don’t know if she was just being lazy and didn’t want to make it or she didn’t have the ingredients but I feel like she could of said that instead she was kind of rude.

Called ahead to ensure order had the same ingredients like the picture they advertised on door dash, wrote in the ingredients on the item on door dash and they still sent me what they wanted to send me. I let the first time pass but after taking time to call ahead and also write the ingredients (ingredients they advertised on there picture) they did what they wanted. I called to inform them but I I didnt receive an apology, I was just told how I was wrong. I won’t waste my time again. Really disappointed. See photo for details.

It's a shame that the staff can't take people's orders well but the taste is fine.
They no longer make elote like before. I saw that the girl simply used a glass as a spoon to grab the already cut corn. I think they buy it cheap. It doesn't taste sweet like in other Michoacanas and it is said to be called El Lugar, the original Michoacana and the truth is I didn't like it. The rest I ordered was good but the elote did disappoint me in this establishment.

Terrible customer service! When I arrive and there is no line of people, I am the only person waiting to be served by one of the 5 employees. Since no one is helping me, I ask 3 of them if someone can help me and an employee (older lady) ignores me and leaves. The other two (young male and female) look at each other and ignore me, turning their backs on me, continuing their conversation. Then an employee comes and jumps me and attends to the other person who arrived after me. I had to request service from him first because I was already waiting and he finally attended to me. I had never experienced this treatment, disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would give those!
