Okay, let me tell you something. I ended up in Cicero helping a friend with a task and he’s been telling me for years that I’ve never had real good chicken in my life because I had never been to Las Brazas. Well, today was the day he finally took me, and I am still shook. I ordered the Orden de Pollo Al Carbón and I am telling you, I literally cleaned the plate. Every single bite was perfect. The chicken was juicy, tender, cooked to perfection, and the spices were just right. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a full-on love affair with a plate of chicken before, but here we are.
My friend got the whole chicken and LAWD have mercy. Super juicy, tender, flavorful—like somehow even better than I imagined. Seriously, get there early because they sell out fast, and missing this chicken would be a tragedy.
The restaurant itself is super clean, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and the vibe is amazing. It feels like you’re sitting at a friend’s table just enjoying food, laughing, and having a good time. I honestly felt at home the whole time.
For someone who lives downtown, I will absolutely make the trip to Cicero just to eat here again. This chicken has ruined all other chicken for me. I cannot stop thinking about it and I will be back as soon as possible. If you haven’t been to Las Brazas yet, do yourself a favor and go. You will not regret it.

Did they change cooks? Last 2x the chicken has been slimey and undercooked. Same thing today. Used to be the best chicken spot. Always recommended it. Now I think Ill stop going myself 😬

This spot is a must try. I use to live across the street from this restaurant and would go often. Food was always consistent. I live 40 minutes away now and currently pregnant. All I’m craving is the Mexican burger from Las Brazas. Do yourself a favor and just go!

The chicken is very delicious and the service is excellent, the bad thing is that the chicken is too small, for the price of 16 only, they should add chickens that are worth it and half adjust the price, I understand why those at my work and neighbors already They didn't come here, they already have better options. Pity.
