This McDonald’s fell off pretty bad. The food will have you on the toilet within 30 minutes, the burgers are always squished. I would recommend going to a different restaurant

No refills on drinks . Most McDonald's have soda machines or give you refills but this one doesn't. I asked the person in front of me and he said I had to pay for another soda. The wait time for orders is too long.

This is a franchise. So I've eaten at Mc Donald's in other countries and almost every state in the US. This location told me they don't refill drinks? I said excuse me. Every other location does. He said we don't with a huge smile. I will never eat at this location again. I may just not even eat at any other locations as well. Time to give my money to the private small restaurants instead.

Staff and mannager are rude didn't help me at all because they messed up my order don't ever oder here its always cold sometimes there bread is moldy and there service just flat out sucks laughing at my issue with my shifty food they made Berwyn McDonald's is better 100%

Discussing food, ordered some filet o fish and when I got home my sandwiches didn't have full portion of cheese. The food quality was cold and manager at the window really moody, I will call corporate!

There is always an issue with food orders. If they can double check before packing it!!! And then when I called to try to see what I could do… no response. When I get there they tell me I have to call door dash to resolve issue.not the first time this has happened. So no. I’m not going to call door dash.
Very nice and has games for children to play. I loved it

I'm not sure why there are so many mistakes getting what you ordered. It was not busy at the time I placed my order so I know it should not have been that they were rushing to get food out. So is it just a training issue?
Definitely room for improvement but to be honest, for the prices being charged, you should not make this many mistakes.

Placed a mobile order (at 10:11am) and was told that bc i picked up past 10:30 (it was 10:35am) they had to cancel my mobile order (which I had to cancel myself to make sure I’d get my money back) due to it being past breakfast time. Was told I can still place my order for breakfast but had to get charged wo the mobile order offers which I was ok w but once I received my order, they didn’t follow my mobile order which I had ordered one big breakfast, hashbrown, breakfast sandwich and a sprite. I did leave the drive thru as soon as I received my order until driving away, I noticed I was charged TWO big breakfasts and TWO hash browns which made sense why I was charged so much. Please review orders wisely before charging customers
