I went to this location and I ordered 2 quarter pounders 1 with everything and 1 with only cheese and mayo. The drive-thru was only taking mobile app orders so we went in. We stood there for 23 minutes waiting for 2 burgers. Our order was sitting on a rack getting cold and not 1 employee knew enough to hand us the bag. I get home and I bite into my cheese and mayo only burger and tasted ketchup and onions which I'm allergic to, and I tried to call them but nobody answered and the number above is no longer in service. đż

Doing this review few days after my order so I donât get pin pointed !! I did an online order and I was respectful when I claimed my order . That was fine .. when I came to the window I said thank you for your service and the employee said nothing and threw the burger at me and closed the window !!! This isnât the first time Iâve had an issue with this location I!! I always ignore it but to get my food thrown at me and the window slammed in my face when my order wasnât complicated !! It was just a burger !! This is why I prefer Wendyâs which is down the street !! Iâll continue going to Wendyâs !!!

Everything about this McDonald's is horrible. It those not matter how much you change the outside of it or inside of it, as long as you don't train the employees and management right it will always be the worst McDonald's in Cicero!. They always mess up the order thru the drive thru or ordering out. If you order in as a long wait. The food has had a messy presentation and is a complete mess. This MacDonalds has changed over the years but the service is the worst and keeps getting horrible.

I'm giving it one star because I went to get a refill on my soda and was told oh we dont do refills here! What???? First McDonald's I've ever been to in my life with no refills also hate the fact you have to ask in the first place was better when you could fill your own soda prices getting higher and you get less

McDonald's not have anyone not familiar with American language or there menu work the window I had a lady that could not understand me because of language and got my order wrong plus items were missing in my order ........worst time at this location will not return over all bad service....I live 15 mins away they offer the food but who wants to drive back for missing burger and fries smh with the gas prices the way they are plus u leave ur kids and family just to go get something they forgot

This McDonald's is really cool, I like the view of the building! The workers are polite, the seats are comfortable, but unfortunately, there aren't any drink refills, but at least their bathroom doors aren't locked, so I'll give them that.

First thing I asked âdo you have ice creamâ? They say yes, okay let me get a cone Get to the window I see them trying to make the cone and they give me a cup and a cone on top. The girl tells the guy just give it to them like that. I wouldâve been fine with that but the guy at the window was being sassy đ.

Visited twice now for late night service. Told both times that âWe are not serving food at this timeâ. However the website clearly advertises this location as one of the 24 hr. establishments. So to Management I sayâŠEither update the website or stop lying, thereby wasting peoples time and gas money.
