We ate the food but when we ordered more they said they didn't have the food. My daughter's and I didn't have the time to wait another 30 minutes just for a 5 dollar meal. It's was only 4 items but they couldn't get our order. Worst restaurant ever.

I went into this Mcdonald's today. I stated I wanted my burger made a certain way, the sandwich maker somehow managed to screw it up. I came in the inside to have my problem corrected( mind you I was very calm) The waiter begins to be rude & states I have to pay for pickles because there wasn’t a ticket on the sandwich specifying how the burger should be made. I don’t see why i should have to pay when these guys were the one who screwed up the order in the first place. I then go into my bag to make sure all the food was correct…the fries were called. I asked for a new set. The manger takes the fries & burger returns back 10 seconds later with another lousy meal! cold fries, one pickle on the burger, and a dap of mayo & mustard. I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, the restaurant was super busy! There’s no way in hell the food shouldn’t have been fresh & made correctly.

Management should be ashamed - I went here to pick up an order that should have been ready - it was not. Young man at register with glasses and a vest was trying but it was clear he was not a well seasoned employee and he was with a trainee who didn’t know where to find ketchup. Several people walked out during my 20 minute wait 2 people wanted refunds and one woman received hamburger patties instead of sausage patties even though she was there before breakfast ended. The young man did his best but not one manager or leader came to assist even though they obviously seen there was a crowd at the front register- so focused on drive thru and keeping that timer low ignoring inside traffic - but FOH guest are customers too so if you only care about drive thru close your dining room. And if the management and leaders there don’t understand that you shouldn’t leave another employee alone to take care of an upset crowd than take a class on proper management or hire someone who can get the job done right!

Ordered online. Said my order number 3x at the drive thru speaker. Pulled up to the pick up window. Drink was not made & the young lady at the window yelled at me saying you can't just pull up here. Now, I see why they have a very low rating. Don't buy here, go somewhere else.
