Terrible customer service!!! I come here often for pizza & wings. They once screwed up an entire pizza & only gave a $5 credit. Today, they changed the pineapple habenero sauce for the wings & refused to correct it even after driving through the rain for 20minutes to show them the mistake(no pineapple pieces)!

I recently ordered a family-sized pizza from Paisans Pizza, and while the food itself was fine, I was shocked by their stingy policy on basic condiments. They only provided two small packets of crushed red pepper and cheese for a large family pizza, and after that, they start charging extra. Given how much we’re already paying for dining out, it’s frustrating to feel nickel-and-dimed over something as simple as condiments, which I consider essential for pizza. I understand up charges for premium items, but extra for a bit more cheese or pepper is unreasonable.
I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I place an order and there was a new girl in training. well she had the wrong name when I called to ck on my order the other girl was like well the new person Misunderstood when she took my order and the girl told oh the driver brought back so while it was sitting here they said they will redeliver my order and ask if I get some kind of credit and she said oh we only credit if ur order is wrong by us I’m like w address because she put the wrong name and to redelivered but when we got our food it was cold! Well who ever was training the new girl I think u need to find out who trained her to retrain! What I paid for cold pizza isn’t worth it.
