The Machines need to be fixed. The atm give out money that the machine won’t take I went twice and it was doing the same thing number 6 machine you press to play one game a another game comes up i lost $500 dollars I only went in to the bonus one time . I like Penny's I usually have a good time service is top tier, Especially when Mark is there & another lady 2 whose name I don't know but are Hispanic. However there's a lady there whose very unfriendly, She never offers any drinks. & She barely wants to speak when guest walk in. This should be addressed. I’ve been to ten of these places in the past two weeks and the one thing they all have in common is Lose Lose Lose! If you can’t see it with your own eyes that these games are all rigged then you probably qualify for disability because something is wrong with you.
