Pizza Hut no longer hires own drivers, and has decided to only use door dash. The dashers that have delivered my food have no care of the quality of the food, they do not deliver the pizza in Hot bags, they simply just put in backseat of car. Always arrives cold, never ordering Pizza Hut again.

The worst first they have you standing in the lobby fir at 5-10 before anyone even one acknowledges you let alone come from the back. This isn’t my first time experiencing this type of terrible service.

If I can give this a zero I would! Place is horrible and unprofessional, made me wait for my food for over 2 hours and when asked they gave my food to the wrong person, when asked to speak to the manager I was told she was not available and the shift manager couldn’t give me a refund. When the shift manager reached out to the actual manager named Sandy Valencia she refused to give us the pizza and a refund. We were not the only ones waiting for our food several people waited for more than an hour! They also refused to give information on the manager and corporate! Please avoid at all cost!

I had a problem where seemed like no one wanted to assist me, that I had received a voice mail from the manager, left numerous messages about my credit that they offered and no one returned my phone call and no one added it to my account, placed my order even though... one of my pizza's was kind of dry hardly sauce my kids were not happy Don't get my wrong love pizza hut wishing for better customer service

Have gone there twice recently one order door dash stole so I went back there after arguing with them they remade the order and gave me a coupon this last time today again placed an order and ordered two personal pizzas pepperoni and ham to only ham pineapple / pepperoni the other personal pizza was a complete mess ordered the same thing as my partner on a seperate order also picked up today and his looked like everything just got thrown on the pizza smh

I was really hungry and looking forward to this meal but the experience was beyond disappointing. My order took over an hour to arrive, even though the restaurant is nearby. When I called, I was told the Uber Eats driver had left without the food. About 20 minutes later, the driver showed up with cold, sloppy pizza and wings.
I called the restaurant again, and the manager told me they’d send out a fresh order. I waited another 40 minutes still nothing. When I called back, I was told I’d have to place and pay for a new order on Uber Eats. At that point, I was frustrated, still hungry, and completely done.
Terrible service, and a total waste of time and money. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Rude employees. Food not put in the correct to go container. They argue with you about item you purchase saying you didnt when you have it on your receipt.

Because of the $2 Dollar pizza, the line was out the door, attitudes started flowing but the workers remained calm, professional, did their jobs, so kudos to them the whole crew for working as hard as they did.
