After a long morning of shopping we decided to try Quericozon on South Cicero and cermak.The food and service from Paula Mendoza was INCREDIBLE. The empanadas of ham and cheese were soo good I never had empanadas like that and just so your aware the portion sizes here and GREAT! Thank you for great food and great service

decided to give them another try and I waited over 40 minutes for my food. The place was no longer busy. It’s ridiculous. At this point I’m not even hungry, anymore. I asked for a refund and she proceeded to put some pep in her step, ignore me and walk back in the kitchen. I waited another 10 minutes when I already had to go and she went back to the kitchen when I asked for a refund. After the 10 minutes, the food magically appeared after now almost an hour. I didn’t want the food anymore, you’d think anyone would be hungry after this? Every time I asked on how long the wait was, it was always 5 more minutes. Asked for my refund and it was 57.40 she gave me $58 and told me she was giving me an extra .60 An extra .60? Lol how disrespectful, for waisting my time? Never again. Do not come here if you want to waste your time.

I ordered from uber eats. I would say this venezuelan food is delicious and I’m not venezuelan. I could say it’s seasoned very well I would definitely be ordering from this restaurant again. I forgot to take a picture since I was very hungry. The food is fresh and hot. You won’t be disappointed. I ordered the criollo breakfast 10/10 delicious and empanada de carne mechada 10/10
