Was delivering through Uber Eats and had to pick up from here. Wasn’t acknowledged or spoken to for like 5-7 minutes. Employees would look at me, but not speak. I finally figured out where I was supposed to stand for pick up, still no one saying anything. Finally, asked somebody if I am in the right place for pick up, they said yes somebody will be with me in a minute. Mind you, there were practically no customers as far as dining in, and there was a line of people ordering out, but they were still placing their orders, so it seems like they were primarily busy with fulfilling online orders more than any thing. Some other guy who wasn’t even working with the almost 6 or seven employees that were already behind the counter finally came up and asked what order I had. He turned around and grabbed the order from the many bags that they already had ready, so I was waiting for nothing. Well, nothing but basic customer service.

Everything we visit the city we come come here. The Italian Beefs are the best!! Definitely a 9/10 on the beefs. 8/10 the foot long slice if pizzas. Every item on the menu are a 7/10 min. To 10/10 max. My photo does not justice on what it looks like or taste like. They offer home made peppers and sweet peppers as well but the home made peppers are amazing never had anything like it. They have clean bathrooms and slot machines with beer sold there as well. They it i promise you won't be disappointed!!The Italian ice are home made and are a mazing and you can also take home and order out for catering on the beef and pizzas!

I've been here at least 100 times in my life. Everything is always fine. But in my last 2 visits I get a staple in my drink. Keep the stapler away from the styrofoam cups please.

The best beef in chi town hands down let me tell you. Get the beef and the pep and sausage pizza, and it will change your life.....we came all the way from st louis to eat here

I use to go here every weekend when I was on the Westside. Always ordered 2 Italian Beefs can’t leave the fries out. Got the works on the sandwiches. Now that I live out of state it’s a MUST STOP here. Love Loce Love Love me some Scathells

I’ve been eating at this Iconic restaurant ever since we moved to Cicero back in ‘87!!! Actually my whole family still goes here! Definitely worth the drive and the memories from when we were rug rats !!! L❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
