My go to spot for Chinese - the staff is very respectful and always there to take care of my allergy/food specifics and delivery needs - the location is always clean wish it was more space to eat there: favs are orange chicken, veggie egg roll, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken cause that sauce a bomb lol, low mein, and their egg foo young! Appreciate you guys service and food always.
I got "greated" by an unsmiling cashier. I looked at their menu, didn't see what I was looking for, and asked, "Is your menu different from the See Thru on Roosevelt?" She goes, "Well, it's a different restaurant, " shaking her head and making a judgy face. Since I thought that See Thru was a chain with the same menu in all locations, that was unexpected. So I left, called the See Thru on Roosevelt, ordered what I liked, and got excellent service from them, as always. Will not be returning to this location on Cicero.

The food is very good. They will make healthy versions of anything on their menu. That means no cornstarch, no flour, no sugar. You have to request what you want or don't want, depending on what you consider healthy. I go there about once a week. I tried to get egg rolls with no MSG, but they told me that that was not possible.

I ordered my food online for delivery at 7:10 pm, my delivery time was 8:10 no food so I called at 8:30pm the lady said it was on the way so I waited until 9:09 no food and so I call back the lady said it's on the way at 9:18 still no food remind you they close at 10:00 so I called back at 10:12 and 10:14 no answer and it is 10:30 still no food SMMFH!

Delivery driver was very rude and went off on me because I didn’t have cash. I really can’t believe he was that disrespectful and unprofessional because HE didn’t have the credit card machine. I always pays with my card when food is delivered from them. I’ve been ordering from them for over five years and never had this issue. I won’t ever order again. I always spend $40 and up with them for me and my kids food when I order. NEVER AGAIN

The best Chinese restaurant ever! I have been a consistent customer because no other place comes close. The staff is welcoming to guests who are unfamiliar with the menu, and they usually always include free eggrolls with purchases over $10! I'll give them some leeway with their delivery delays because they have excellent prices and coupons and receive many deliveries. However, it's worthwhile because the cuisine is fantastic.

Called for pickup, they said 10-15mins. Arrived like 7mins early && we get home to this. I don’t get 1 how you box burnt rice && 2 how you serve cold rat daily. I at least want hot fresh rat??♀️
