Ordered a taco dinner, a quesadilla dinner, and 3 tacos. All came out to about $40. If I am spending all this money, I would expect to get good quality food. I’m upset because I have been coming here for more than 10 years, and today the rice was not fully cooked and the amount of meat in these tacos was a disgrace. Highly disappointed as this has been happening often and won’t be coming back.

Food was great. I visited Chicago for the first time a while back and had stopped by this restaurant while driving around. The Tacos were great and the staff was friendly. Next time I come back definitely checking this place out again.

October 5th before the parade started, we decided to grab a bite, we sat at table #5. We ordered and received our food. Started to eat and then we see a huge roach 🪳 crawling on the wall at the end of table #5 that roach 🪳 came on to the table and I yelled out to the waitress in Spanish. “Hay una cucaracha” pretty loud. She came up with the exuse that the fumigated upstairs and that is why they are coming down. I understand fumigation, but why open the restaurant when they are or have been fumigating? Make sure all of them suckers 🪳 are out and dead before opening!! I will never be eating here again!

Will never go back and it’s sad because I loved this place I walked in at 7:40pm with my little kids and I ordered bistec ala Mexican and my kids had nuggets and a taco dinner the little heavy set lady was my waitress she brought my food out at 8:00 and came to the table at 8:10 and proceeded to tell us we had to get up and leave in the middle of eating because they have to close already mind you we had just got our food and she was not attentive at all i literally had to send my 5 year old to ask for another soda and napkins

I ordered the seafood platter a few shrimp and clams with 3 small pieces of imitation lobster and 2 pounds of onions green peppers and yellow peppers, concentrate on tacos and tortas never again same thing with their langostinos

Not only were there roaches but the waitress stared at my dude the whole time even when I was telling her my order. When our drinks were brought to our table, again, stared at him and then smiled. Never turned to look at me even when I was speaking. It was a chubby young waitress.
The only thing that unpleasantly makes me leave this bad review is that I didn't like it when I went to order a cake to go. (I'm showing up at the restaurant asking for my cake) I don't feel like I have to give a tip because I'm paying and I'm going to get my cake myself in person. The Lady who charged me very intelligently and quickly when charging my card, she herself pressed the buttons and wanted to cover the little screen so that I wouldn't realize that she added the tip herself. He asked me to sign the receipt but he left it obvious with the part that shows that he charged me almost $12 for a cake. It's not worth it! That kind of trying to be smart doesn't suit me.

The salsa was to die for served with chips in the beginning. ? very quick service to get us our drink order. I ordered the Carne asada and the meat was super soft and juicy. Also tortillas de mano. Definitely recommend
