The time is 7:35pm 2/11/2025 whoever the young lady was working drive thru was extremely disrespectful & rude when giving my total for my order I give her my phone for tap as a form of payment and she slammed the window close instead of saying give me a second while I grab the machine, then she opens then window and hits it against my phone and slammed the window again she got my order wrong which was 2 blizzards only gave me one , I won’t be returning to this location again

The service was horrible. I ordered a Paris drink and it came with no whip cream I asked them can you put some and they said they were out. Then I gave them the money to pay and the lady never came back out to give me my change smh.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been too. Every experience has been crap. How is it that I wait 20 minutes for me foot, only for me to receive it cold?? I also had to explain to cashier how to charge one card for one meal and the others on another card. Telling me he can split payment. All that, to get cold food. Smh. In done trying, overhaul all of your employees asap and relaunch

Place is usually great though the last few times I've gone they've lacked in service or like last night my chicken sandwich was raw. I should've took a picture of it. It was raw enough for a court case. Seems like fast food isn't fast anymore and neither is it cooked well

Each time I have come here or had it delivered. I have asked for ketchup and other sauces. Not one have I ever gotten them. So that's the only reason for the 3 stars. 5 orders 0 sauce.
Awesome service the crew was working together and enjoying being at work it was a really nice experience. A good variety of items, food is always good quality. I highly recommend this place

The staff was very helpful and polite. I'm not a Sonic person but I wanted something different. Great big juicy flavorful burger. And to die for milkshakes. Loved it! I'll definitely stop by again.
