Every part of my order was incorrect, and they didn't understand why and couldn't correct it. Having worked at Starbucks for years, I knew what to ask for and how to help them, but they still couldn't follow directions and just looked at me confusedly. It was like all four employees were on their first day. I've never had a Starbucks experience like this before, in a Target Starbucks or otherwise. They didn't even know what mocha syrup was. I'm still not convinced I wasn't dreaming.

If I could give them o ZERO i would so I came her yesterday and I ask for a drink with out ice and the employee here told me I would be charge more for not adding ice does that make any sense Obviously to the owner it is because they’re trying to make a profit drinks by Literally filling up the cup all the way with ice and she said I can give u a little I’ve and little for them is fill up with ice above half the cup THEY don’t Deserve having a business.

I’m a coffee lover I always buy my coffee from Starbucks but the one it is in Armitage and Cicero horrible place actually the people that are working there they need more training I order coffee frappuccino but they give me something different they change for me four times some thing

I'm a big fan of Starbucks. Always get my Starbucks both in the morning and afternoon at a Starbucks location by it self; meaning having it's location with no other stores in it, but just Starbucks it self. However, I came to Target to shop for some household appliances and saw Starbucks on the right corner of the store's entrance. Before shopping at Target, I had to stop by that Starbucks to get my items. Great Service And Always With A Positive Attitude. Starbucks is always better, better than Dunkin Donuts in my opinion.

It was great because public bathroom non-existent in downtown Chicago. I used their bathroom and bought a water for walking in downtown.
