I went to this location at 8 am on a Saturday after the Fourth of July. No line. However I guess a slow morning doesn’t equate to better service, my coffee was disgusting and my ciabatta was burnt and my egg was cold.. crying internally. I pretty much was crunching on s breakfast sandwich. Had to throw out the coffee and the sandwich a complete waste.

The vanilla sweet cream cold foam immediately falls into the cup. The foam doesn't stay on the top of the coffee as advertised or how other Starbucks locations make it. This is a quality control issue.

Expect a longer wait here.

The person who is handling out the beverages needs to be removed from there...has poor customer service no wonder why you guys don't get tips anymore or customers....bad attitude for working at a place like that ..she needs to go...

Every time my daughter and I want a good coffee, we know to come to this location. They always make a delicious coffee. Perfect in sugar and taste. We have gone to other Starbucks around the area, Berwyn, Burbank, Chicago and more and nothing like they make the coffee here. They do an amazing job! Thank you for caring and doing a great job!

*NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to be ripped off and waste time waiting for them to remake drinks multiple times*
I asked for a -Grande Mocha Frappuccino with no whipped cream and light ice. When i got to the window (after paying) employee attempts to hand me the frappuccino with whipped cream so i let then know and they proceeded to remake it. I was handed a drink that looked correct and started to drive off but before i even got out of the parking lot i took a sip and realized it was a caramel frappuccino so i took it inside and asked if i could get even just a small discount and the employee said she would check and when she came back she never told me whether a discount was possible so i asked her if i could have an answer and she just said someone else would help me. Another male employee came up and said dont worry you are getting a free drink. I proceeded to tell him that i already paid in cash at the drive thru so can i get the refund. I was then handed the correct drink and told i could either get a refund or the drink...not both. All i wanted was for Starbucks to make it right since they wasted my time with my kids on Mothers Day. There are plenty of Starbucks locations around and i highly recommend going to any other location nearby.

Really bad service I went with my dad and my sister first they were confused with my drink and then they only gave me 1 drink when I ordered 3 and they charged me extra for nothing and bad service and never going back there again
