Just to let you know the area where this Starbucks is located is unfortunately Very ghetto. Not to mention the service every time I go there is terrible. The other day I'm just waiting in the Drive-Thru for a good 5 minutes until I decided you know what it was a bad idea to get here. Also they never get my drink right they're never consistent

They do not follow the usual recipe for cappuccino. It should be 2 Expresso, milk and a bit of foam. Apparently they do 1 shot Expresso a bit of milk and a lot of foam....

You would think because it’s new they would be better but I put in a mobile order showed at my time that it was suppose to be done walked in waited 8 more minutes for them to make my drink and then pass around my drink laughing at the ingredients not knowing I’m looking at him directly, going from person to person laughing at my drink and he still made it wrong after all of that. I’ll be traveling further from now on.

Lazy unprofessional workers. I witness them put this sign on the door at 11:59am stating that they’re closed because the “power went off”. Coincidentally today it’s Thursday buy one, get one free bogo. Sounds to me that they didn’t want to participate on the deal so they decided to just “closed”.
Honestly the slowest starbucks I have ever been in. I ordered a nitro cold brew and a butter croissant because I was in a hurry and wanted to get out quickly, these are off the shelf products and do not require a barista. Nonetheless, I had to wait 15 minutes behind a bunch of fru-fru drinks and drive through orders. The cold brew finally showed up BEFORE the croissant. When I asked if someone can just hand me the croissant so I could be on my way, I was asked if I wanted a refund! Honestly, it would take longer to process the reading than to just hand me the crossaint!Maybe workers are quiet quitting because Starbucks is union-busting, but I remember a time when this brand was known for its efficient handling of queues and pleasant service.I remembered why I had stopped going here years ago, this time I had a gift card to use. Now it will be a while before I visit one again.

Zero stars to this place wont be coming back here. Been waiting in line for more than 15 minutes at drive thru. Because the young girl was talikng to a customer for a long time. Can they just go around and go inside and talk so they wont keep people waiting in line.
