I mistakenly gave this subway five stars on Uber eats.. but this is how I really feel after starting to eat...the weight of the sandwiches was so light I knew I was gonna be pissed..got two sandwiches for myself and husband.. barely one piece of meat on each..very little veggies or anything.. just bread and even the bread was smaller and lighter than other subways.. will never order from this one again

They overcharged the chip and drink combo. Billed individually and when called out she stated the combo was only for one sandwich type which is not the case anywhere. Reported to Subway and will not be going back.

Got there at 9:45 p.m. before 10:00 p.m. when they say they closed and the man didn't even let us in to me and another pair of customers that came a minute after he was already counting money by then and the open sign was still on and the sign says they close at 10:00 p.m. if they're going to be closed at 9:45 put it on your sign

ALWAYS Calculate your total BEFORE PAYING! Chicago currently charges a 10.75% sales tax, so ALWAYS calculate and know what you're paying AHEAD OF TIME!!! WHY?!?!
Bruh at the counter gon charge me 13.83 for ONLY a footlong turkey sub, I didn't order anything else.... I've ordered this sub at how many other Subways, so I know it should never be more than $12 alone, since this one charges $9.49 for the sandwich alone... I immediately informed him to let me know that he overcharged me by well over $3, of course he said "sorry" and immediately changed it to its real price of $10.51.
The you fman employees did a great job, very polite and efficient. However the owner needs to have more than 1 employee. 1 person for all that steps in the process not enough. I say 3 but at least 2. I takes too long and for other reasons

Dry bread, multiple veggies missing, apple juice was past the best-by date. Took minutes before the employee showed their face, I could have just walked out with their whole chips display. No lock on the men's room door and no stall, so you're just free-pooping at the mercy of all passers-by. Every table was dirty. Absolute clown show. I would not eat here again unless I had no other option.
