Food was fine. Dude at the front was kinda rude. It's almost like I wasn't even there. When i asked if they had a bathroom, he didnt even answer me. Terrible customer service and awkward experience.

My food was nasty & I came back and kindly told the cashier I didn’t like my food and I was also sorry and he gave me my money back and also told me “this store don’t come back here “ and made me leave and I was confused because I wasn’t rude and I apologize for the misunderstanding.

None of what I requested on the app was correct and the sandwich was cold as death. Also upon arriving, the old wrinkly Indian guy gave me the dirtiest mean mug once I said it was my order..(honestly it's as if I had offended all of his ancestors for using a coupon thru the app?) First and last time I order here ????
It's the typical subway. The crew is what sets a very good franchise apart from the competition. At this establishment, the personnel is consistently very courteous.

This was the first subway that I have been to that didn't have weekly promotions. Or daily deals. There soda machine could not make ice. I had just bought some water some where else. Good I did.

Wouldn’t doubt this place is racist. The guy behind the counter placed aside two Uber eats orders he was preparing to take the orders of two different parties before my friend and I. As soon as he looked up to see who was next, me and my friend stepped up and he immediately turned away and got back to the Uber orders. We are two Black women and the only Black people there, for context. He completely ignored us for 8-10 minutes, even going to the back at one point finding busy work to ignore us. There were only 2 Uber eats orders to fill which wouldn’t take long so he reread the receipts and pretended we weren’t there. Soon as a customer came in behind us, he looked up to take their orders. So I said “Excuse me, can I have a personal pizza” to which he immediately stated “Don’t have any” without offering any substitutions or saying another word. My friend and I laughed bewildered at the whole interaction then turned to leave. Soon as he saw we were walking out he began taking the next people’s orders.
