Honestly if I can give this place a 0 star I would . I always get Doritos locos tacos first of ther so expensive but that not even the problem I expect my food hot not cold how I always get it here ….. for 6 tacos 32 bucks and I can’t get em hot plus stale shel I have always complained about cold fries her to but it’s so hard to put em back in the frier luckily ther not in the menu right now but it better if driving to a different location

Food was fine there was just no cups no lids and every taco was about half the size of how they normally are at normal taco Bell's you couldn't even look at the menu because all the machines were down the worker didn't even know how to be a cashier she walked away about three times thinking she placed the order waiting for us to play and left us standing there she then came back and we finally payed there was also no toilet paper so great and bathrooms were disgusting so overall pretty bad only good thing is the music playing and how the place looks

Every time I get stuck going here, there’s never a line in the drive thru, however they still make me pull around and park by the door for 20 minutes.. And to top it off, they always run out of items, tonight they have no flour tortillas so forget ordering a Crunchwrap or quesadilla… it’s 7:00pm….

I live 3 blocks away from this location and in all honesty out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to this one is great. The staff is super friendly and fast. When they do take a little bit it’s because they are short staffed and have many orders but they still manage to get to everyone immediately. The food always looks great ngl, a lot better than other locations. The place is a little small BUT it’s always super clean! I’ve never had anyone being rude or seen any of the employees give attitude. The only attitude I see is from CUSTOMERS being impatient because they don’t get their food in 2min? Overall great place c:

Gloria had to be one of the most rudest employees I’ve ever met. They forgot an order & right away caught an attitude, shaking her head. Talking rude about the Customers with the employees. It’s honestly unprofessional. And ridiculous the way she acted. she needs to be retrained as a manager because the way she acted was rude and ridiculous.

UNSANITARY. Went here and got a basic order. The woman preparing my food was waiting for something to heat up and start moving some things around including a garbage can that she grabbed with her gloved hands. She then returned to preparing my food with her trashcan gloves still on. I didn't bother asking for her to remake it since I honestly couldn't trust any other food she prepared or desired to even return to this location for that matter. Avoid this place, their employees don't understand the basics of cross contamination.
