So I have come here on and off and never had a bad interaction with the server (the young lady with glasses) until I placed an order with my spouse (not a big order but not a small one either) and it was during the lunch rush *literally one other customer* the wait was a little longer than usual, again understandable due to the lunch hour. After finally receiving my order, I noticed I had not received MY drink, I brought this to her attention, and she looked looked at me confused, and this would not have been an issue but it was the look on her face that was disrespectful. Like look at the receipt, and all this can be cleared up. So after explaining that i did order a drink, she continued to tell me no i did not. I was on a time crunch, and I did not feel like going back and forth, so I said "okay thank you miss". As I was walking to my car, the server came and chased me with a drink in her hand (the drink that I informed her I ordered) I proceeded to explain that I no longer wanted the the drink, but she insisted on giving it to me in an aggressive manner. Like, I get it trying to right a mistake, but if the customer is telling you they do not want it anymore and backing away, take the hint that you're probably doing too much.

women in the front with blonde hair is so rude. she placed my order over the phone and did not take my order correctly. when i came to purchase she was forcing me to pay and repeating me HER ERROR telling me the food had been made. excuse me, but its not my fault you cant take orders and i refuse to purchase something i didnt order! just remove the item or YOU eat it! never coming back here again

Ok.. I had eating here before months ago and for a moment I had forgotten why I didn’t want to go back, but the other day I the other day we decided to give it a second chance… bad idea! It had good presentation, good price, nice atmosphere BUT... FOOD IS NOT GOOD!! Husband had tampiqueña and the meat was rubbery with no flavor, I had crunchy flautas they were soggy and super burned and the chicken inside didn’t had flavor, my daughter had steak tacos ? and they were missing salt and seasoning and again the meat was rubbery. You can tell they don’t cook with love! We were a really disappointed never going back.
Love the decorations. It’s a really nice feel. Sucks it’s cash only. I had the Alamo burger It was good but I wish they would have asked how I liked my bacon. It was undercooked for me. Still good though.

Tacos there are always on point! Burritos and carne a la tampiqueña are also good. Must try! Have never ate there, I always order carry-out. I call ahead and get it on the way - usually ready within 10-15 minutes. Employees are always very polite and friendly.

I was a longtime fan of this place and loved how good the food is, but recently the service here is just TERRIBLE. The food was extremely salty and the waitress REFUSED to exchange it for something different or refund my money and still proceeded to blame ME for "ordering wrong" and told me "to learn for next time." What kind of service is this?! So disappointed in the way they treat their customers. I will not be going here again.
