My boyfriend order me an acai bowl without coconut because I'm allergic and they gave me acai bowl with coconut flakes and there's no banana in the bowl how the picture looks online.
I'm waiting for a refund or something at least because this is crazy I couldn't even eat it. I have a picture of it if needed

I got helped by these two lovely Hispanic young ladies Nathalia & Lupe they were so helpful and walked us through their entire menu. My avocolada was just to die for, I recommend this place to anyone passing by the area.

Nati and Lupe have been really helpful with my friends and I in picking out our orders and giving us recommendations. The drinks were delicious, I’d definitely recommend this to someone else!

I usually come here to order my smoothies but today I decided to order online and get food because I’m sick and not only did the app not work I had to to do it on safari and luckily I was able to pay and get my order processed but now when the driver goes to pick it up they cancel it!! They have not given me my money back either. I’m so disappointed. OH AND ALSO I TRIED CALLING AND THE PHONE KEEPS DECLINING PLEASE DO BETTER TROPICAL

Food is delicious

I go to this location quiet often, but I was extremely disappointed as well as angry with what I saw today at this location. (3/9/25 at 5:35pm) The 3 customers that were ahead of me placed their orders were first timers I found out. The young lady that was fixing their smoothies dropped a cup on the floor, picked the cup up from the floor then sat the cup to the side. As she finished one smoothie she pulled a fresh cup, then the 2nd smoothie she proceeded to pour it in the cup that she picked up off the floor. I told the young lady that took my order, so she then pulled the young to the side to tell her that I saw what she did then she looks at me and says "I'm Sorry" (I said to her): What do mean you are sorry, why would you do that, and why are you giving that to her, you need to remake that smoothie ...and guess what she did not. I'm just want to make people aware: Watch the people that prepare your sandwiches/smoothies or anything of that sort. It's not their stuff, they're not paying for it so they don't care. That was just the epitome of nasty and extremely unsanitary. She didn't have on a Tropical Cafe shirt, she had on a gray shirt, she may have been new, I'm not sure but we need to learn to do better when working with the public. Don't do things to people that you don't want done to you!!!!! FYI...the name on the ticket was: Shelia G

Tried their smoothie bowl for the first time and omg it was amazing! It was so delicious! Only bad thing which was disappointing was that it was not even halfway full the condiments made it fill up to halfway of the bowl and in their emails and promotions they show them full to the top of the lid .
