It has been 10 years of not coming to this Wendy's. I live straight down the street . Would you believe after 10 years the service and food is still horrible. Wendy's this is absolutely pathetic. I came by to see if anything has chaged. The whole staff needs to be replaced . Horrible. Don't come here customers. I told you.

You would think with the little effort of customer service the employees have left after getting the robot prompter who takes your order there'd be better service. The young employees who work there barely talk to mention your total, your change in return or when handing you the food. It happens EVERY. TIME.
Managers train your employees better and be the example. Fr. Fr. 💯

They have a new new array of staff members that are actually fairly quicker and attention to detail. In the past the service was atrocious, but now it's much better and they're very friendly too

Food was bleh. Went to go use the bathroom and one of the employees informed me she had to let me in. However, I'm a transgender woman who outwardly presents obviously feminine and yet she just HAD to open up the MEN'S bathroom. Never wanna come here again, and I will actively warn others not to give this place any of their time or money. Do better.
Update: the manager was sympathetic and said she'll tell her crew to look out more in the future. Much appreciated!

July 21,25 went through the drive through order my meal etc. had a big order so didn’t check the bag or care about the fries till I got home to this? Large meal because i wanted LARGE FRIES.. what a joke
I gave 4 stars because there were two women (purple shirts) that ultimately rectified the situation and were very professional and helpful . Then there’s the African American lady with the purple shirt, looks like she has a birth mark on her face, that is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. I did not appreciate how she presented herself while speaking to me and how she was willing to let me walk away without being satisfied with my order. I’m proud of myself for keeping my composure.

For 7 dollar spicy chicken sandwich with small slice of chicken and 2 sprinkles of black pepper im disappointed, i remember wendys making good sandwiches. Service was nice to give me ghost pepper sauce, but it was just ranch

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Wendy’s on 5147 W Cermak on June 1st, 2025, at 9:09 PM. The employee named Jordan immediately transferred me to someone else just because I spoke Spanish. While the lady who took my order was polite, Jordan was rude and dismissive at the window. He didn’t give me my drink right away, didn’t ask if I needed ketchup, and I saw him diluting drinks with water—including mine. This is dishonest and unsanitary. Not acceptable service at all.

Please don’t order get delivery Uber eats they never brought my order and then I was charged because Wendy said this was too far overall I lost out on $21 for nothing and could not even get my money back because this merchant Wendy’s said they had already fixed my order, which is impossible to fix And then say that the location is too far to pick up and deliver I am so upset well, the food probably taste bad anyway. I wish I had a looked up the views before I even try to receive a Uber Eats delivery.
