August 9th 2025 Around 8:45am, I Waited For The Cicero Bus In This Location. Was Approached By Maria The Store Manager and Was Told That I Couldn’t Sit Inside The Store Without Ordering At Which Point I Began Recording. I Agreed That I Would By A Breakfast Combo In Order To Maintain My Shelter From The Hot Sun. I Approached The Counter All While Still Recording and Waited To Be Serviced. She Just Stood There Looking At Me Blankly So I Asked If She Could Take My Order. To That She Responded “Huh” As If She Couldn’t Understand. I Asked Again In a Slower Louder Manor and She Then Became Offended and Said I Was Being Hostile With Her. I Informed Her That I Was Recording Our Entire Interaction And At That Point She Became Enraged. Telling That I Couldn’t Record Throwing Her Hands At Me and Saying I Had To Get Out and That She Was Calling The Police Because She Didn’t Want To Be Recorded. At This Point I Reminded Her That In The State Of Illinois Is It Lawful and Legal For Me To Record Anyone On A Clock and In Uniform On a Job! She Then Called The Cicero Police Faking An Emergency Telling Them That I’m Hostile and That She Is Scared And Come Quick! Why Because I’m Black? I Literally Weigh 108lbs At 30 years old! What Threat Did I Pose By Recording and Trying To Purchase a Meal? Once They Arrived She Then Tried To Have Me Banned From The Property Which Took Up Almost An Hour and 30 Minutes Of My Day and Caused Me To Miss So Much. I Was So Stressed Out and Embarrassed By The Manager Of This Location and I Hope She Is Fired Once Corporate Reviews The Footage and See What Kind Of People They Hire!

Katherine was great. My food didn’t come out great but she did want she felt was needed to satisfy me. Definitely deserves some recognition
Asked for a bunch of cesar salads, nuggets, and a sandwich. They asked what sauce I wanted. Drive all the way home to realize the chicken is not fully cooked, full of cartilage on every piece. NO SALAD DRESSING!!!! no bbq. Fries over burnt and cold. Salads all over the place and not the best tasting ingredients. 3rd time they don't put everything in the bag. 3 strikes, they're out!! People there can't do their job. Maybe that's why they work there and not a better place! Nasty! Never going back.
They seemed nice, all I did was tell them I had a mobile order and it was a few items so they had me wait past the drive thru window. Found a hair on my food though, I'd give them a better rating if it wasn't for that.

Rude staff at the window. Food was stale. Wouldve given more stars if the food wasnt disgusting but rude customer service should've given me a heads up as to what to expect from this location.
I did my mobile order. Didn't get in their system. They did not even apologize. I need it fast. I was all smiley and nice... Waited for more than 30 minutes. The rude lady told me there's only 1 order in the morning and somebody already picked it up at 11 am. I told her, didn't you see in my receipt (that she has been seeing for 2-3 times) already? I just ordered it. Finally the rude lady gave me my order. She didn't even believe me, just walked away, like omg it's on the apps. Why would I even lied when it's just $6 and I always ordered it cause it's the fastest one... I even showed them the receipt. The lady was probably their spv/ manager. Don’t bother to come here.

Would give 5 but seeing them drop my fresh order as old nuggets and fries really irritated me. Can't fault them for the slow lady who took forever to count change as they look annoyed ? I request fresh food for a reason and there isn't any reason that is to be confused with well done or twice fried ?

If I there was an option for 0 starts I would've chosen it . Drive thu person was very rude . Rushing me though my order ,plus I specifically said Minute Made lemonade! Not the fresh squeeze wicth it's probably NOT even fresh .
Any way the guy seemed like he wasn't having a good day. Not sure of his name because he never gave me a recipe. He was a guy ,dirty, and kinda crusty, Sorry but he needs better presentation. And better customer service. Today's date , 9/01/2024 .8:50pm

Service is nonexistent in this location or better said, any Wendy’s location. I always order online & it always takes them at least 10 minutes to acknowledge me, while my food is sitting there getting cold.

Those women who work in customer service when you order from a car are bad-tempered despots, they talk to you until you shout and are in bad taste. They should look for another job. I went on 5/20/2023type 9 am omg what a bad service, it's a shame because I love their breakfasts. wendys but like this they don't even want to return
